@@jamesalexander780 me too. I walk past often. I always wondered how the flats were inside and assumed them to be quite dark but this flat has a nice light and not at all gloomy.

I love your apartment design and your whole energy. So well curated . There so much harmony between the choice of plants, furniture amd materials and the space planning. Also your apartment is so so well built. Loved it. So relaxing . Thank you.

This apartment is spectacular and super cozy

The attention to detail is quite amazing in places but, let's face it, Fungi is the undisputed star of the show here.

I like how the owner combines art pieces with the rest and still cares about cozy home vibe. Not easy to do that. Also, sharing the artists’ names in the comments are super helpful. The cable covers are genius. Thanks pal!😊 Only thing I’d personally avoid is to see many brand logos in my home. I feel like logos making it seem less luxurious although they are the definition of luxury haha But our tastes can be different. Also, I don’t judge him displaying them for a special shooting on a channel literally called luxury homes.😄 Wish him a happy life in his beautiful home! 🌻

Thanks for your comment, I agree it is less stylish and luxury of trying too hard by decorating homes with big brands logos and monograms. Unfortunately, I have been learning about interior design during the years. Some decor elements were from years ago when i was still renting, i already tried to avoid majority of them. But, you definitely made a very good point!

Dear Wei Yue, Just to begin with, I think your place is stunning! What creates a good feature is the idea of having a cupboard with a coffee machine, toaster, champagne, wine, and water glasses and I like the way everything is just hidden away, where you can close it and then open it up. I love the idea of the gold and white contrast in the kitchen. And. One of my favorite features of your property is, the bedroom, I like the rugs, and the bamboo baskets and plants. @@gtibouwer1445Thanks for your comment, the panels are fixed due to the structure of the property. However, the architect did make a storage in the end of the corridor with a mirror door.

It seems that instead of adhering to the principles of a particular design style, the owner had derived his ideas, styles and tastes from a broad and diverse range of sources. I just have an insignificant question: I am quite perplexed by the many pillows in the bed. What for? 🙂

Those cushions are actually from my shop, I assuming that is the benefit to have a shop to have too many cushions?.😂 I just can’t stop myself buying all these beautiful things. Btw, they are all handmade by an Italian lady called Diane De Clercq. ❤

Thanks for your comment. The paper flowers are from New York based artist “Greenvase”. They do have an online shop.

Its not a design for me personally buy i like how nicely iy is puy together. Its interesting to see someones home and you can sort of guess their personality or even social life

One of the few apartments I could decorate myself, I had a nearly identical set of bokshelves next to a travertine fireplace which was much nicer than those, in my previous house (decorated in 2005 and a similar bathroom but gold colour fixtures were not popular then so all the fixtures were steel in a satin finish) I would install plain walnut coloured doors instead of those white ones. Using leather finish in drawers is genious. I notice the apartment needs better glazing, windows are flimsy and not energy efficient. The bedroom furniture does not match the kitchen-dining room style, and the fluffy murky coloured thing on the floor of the bathroom is a big Nooo. Otherwise, love it. Especially the kitchen and dining room. The owner is seriously rich to have bought such an apartment in a good location in London.

Thanks for watching the video so detailed. The previous owner made double glazings for the symmetrical two windows in both dining and living rooms. However, he didn’t apply the same to the rest perhaps due to restrictions of exterior of the building. I am planning to add extra layers to make them more energy efficient. The furniture in the bedroom are from my old place, I might need to swap them soon since I only just moved in for about half a year. But thank you for your suggestions, very helpful indeed. ❤

Would love to know , what the pots with the faces are called . One the shelves in kitchen

Hi, the extension cords are made by designer “Bless”. Gerald Engelvin is the painter for those lovely girls.

I am totally stunning about his apartment. I really like the way it's everything in there. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms too. Moreover, I like the cozy and homely it seems. ❤😊

Thanks for your comment. So the renovation project was done by the independent developer which was the seller called Pinzauer. They have more similar style of properties for sale at the moment still I believe. So the price for the property and the renovated condition was £1.8M, the interior design plus furniture I would say around £100,000. The art pieces including the paintings are predominantly budget eaters. Hope these information would be helpful.

Hi, thanks for your comment. Since I have almost 100 comments below all written in English, I believe I am communicating with them in English. Although I am still adjusting my accent and the speed. If there isn’t anything you arent sure, LH show already put the accurate subtitles on. Hope that helps you to understand the content better. And a little tip for you that trying to appreciate whomever put effort to communicate with you with your first language when theirs aren’t. 😊 ( It is also pathetic that “speaking English” is your only and last privilege. 😂)

Maybe it's because my mum's first language isn't English, but I think your English is really good and it's always a badge of honour to be bilingual. So don't let passive aggressive and privileged commenters try and make you feel inferior, because for all of those who have ears, you can be heard very clearly! 😅

You might want to edit a CC over guests whose language is not english I didn't understand a quarter of what he said. I give him credit for trying though. He might want to leave the fire screen on next time is dangerous for his poor cat. Maybe buy a fleece for that cat as I realize it's genetically hairless for allergies but the poor girl needs to keep warm. Interesting no less even though I didn't understand a word. I did try the CC on YT but it did not understand what he was saying either. Maybe get the editing folks to go over the video and make sure what he is saying and print the words on screen. Makes for easier translation than using the useless CC that YT has. Works well for those of us with hearing impairments as well is why I didn't understand him.
