Nice house

I like this house the way it is. I would add a lanai and a fence around the back yard. For the shower, a glass half wall would be nice, but could be added later. I also like the fact that there are no restrictions (HOA).

Thank you for your support and your feedback. There are other options within the Marion Oaks community offering lanai, at least a .25 acre lot where you can create an outdoor living space. Can someone explain to me why the electrical line is not buried in the ground since this is a new home?

That’s a good question Jason. Great observation. Builder’s choice? Most of the newer construction homes will have buried electrical lines within the area.

A little small but good value for the money. House behind looks to be higher. Could be a possibility of run off

I really like this home at that price point. Unfortunately, I am not ready to buy, but when i am this is what i will be looking for.

I agree. There are some builders that are including that feature in their builds in the Marion Oaks community. I have other videos of the homes on this channel of yours haven’t seen them yet. You will not have HOA/CDD within this area. With the proper permitting you can add or make changes to your property within this community. I do believe there are internet and cable providers servicing this area like comcast, xfinity, etc.

Is this in a flood zone? Heard even if you live in the mountains of Florida you are still required to have flood insurance?

@@lennykibbs260 from what I’ve read, if the replacement costs of a property were exceed $600k, the owner of such property may be required to obtain flood insurance. Please verify that. I’m not an insurance provider, I’m just basing what I say on what I’ve read. Policies can change. I haven’t had any clients tell me they have had issues with home insurance once they purchase in Ocala.

Not any place I would live. My best friend lives in Florida no one on her street can afford home owners insurance

Thank you for watching the tour. I appreciate your feedback. Florida may not be for everyone. I respect that. As far as homeowners insurance, it depends on the provider, the area and coverage chosen. Most clients we have been able to help in this area haven’t had issues with their insurance rates. Either way, I appreciate you watching the tour. Hopefully you enjoyed the features of the home.
