The elevator is pretty normal size, definitely can fit a bedroom set in pieces. The mattress would fit the room no problem :)

@@evexclusive - They were questioning how to get a king size mattress in the elevator. You probably have to use two twin XL mattresses, which equal a king.

with simple comparison with NYC you can find this condo in Vancouver is more expensive than condos in heart of Manhattan. you can find condos with 3 or more beds and more than 3000 sqf and more luxuries condos in NYC less than 5 millions (in Zillow). Vancouver is a great place to live but I thought NYC has the most expensive real states in the world and with price range for this condo in Vancouver I think it's wrong( at least for the middle range property not most the expensive real states in NYC)

Not at all. We love Vancouver! Just saying it has a bit more history and character than a lot of buildings in Vancouver, so feels like your in NYC

How did you read that into her statement? I'm guessing that's your attempt at humour. NYC is better in many ways and worse in many ways. There's no perfect city, but I wouldn't even consider NYC if I had all the money in the world. Hard pass.
