I love what he said about seeing your job your business partner. That opens up a new mindset when waking up early to go to work. I find myself hating work at times and that doesn’t do anything for me. But if I see my job as a business partner, I can wake up and tell myself that this is temporary and the work that I’m doing is giving me the money I need to fund my dreams. Great advice

My grandmother who lived to be 102 years old always said "Take what you have and make what you want with it." She was widowed at 40 with 11 kids. The death benefit was $100. She took $20 and buried her husband on our family cemetery. . Took the other $80 and bought 80 acres that had tons of pecan trees. She started a Pecan Farm. Put her last five kids thru college via pecans.

Yea he started losing me when he started talking about acquisition's and 3 different LLC's and tax liabilities tbh..however...i am the same as you bro. Changing my mindset a little bit at a time and I'm faithful that i will be a millionaire or more net worth wise in no more than 5 years from now. This is all I'm doing in my free time from now on. No more football season, no more bars and nightclubs until i get to where i need to be. Period.

THIS. I was thinking, if it wasn't for the subtle direction of the conversation, we still would have gotten gems, but not as digestible. Ash does a great job of active listening and being able to regurgitate the knowledge back for the viewers, those "real time recaps" are key

Ditto to that man. I’ve been listening and reading a lot about real estate along side the setting up of LLCs and trusts. For that reason I was quite familiar with the talking points. But this dude just took me and flipped me upside down and shook me , I’m still trying yo gather myself. I’m hands down know I have to watch this 3 more times at the very least.
