lebron’s attitude ruins every single game. head shaking, complaining, shrugging at a teammates mistakes. you’re up 5 complaining, then you don’t get back on defense, turn the ball over, and then all of a sudden you’re down by 10. absolutely ridiculous

They don't have the size to match up on defense. They don't have an answer for the Murray-Jokic pick and roll that doesn't involve Gordon being wide open in the dunker's spot. Their primary point guards are ineffective defenders and all kinds of openings are created when help has to come on pick and rolls. LeBron's age is showing -- he had much more energy earlier in the season. They don't have size to defend their own glass. They're not a good enough 3 point shooting team to paper over their defensive woes against this this team. Their coaches seem to be missing some obvious issues with their defensive schemes. Bottom line: the Nuggets are everything the Lakers are not equipped to handle defensively. The only chance of success they have is shooting lights out from 3, and that's not even their identity.

Murray drove to the paint in front of Lebron and Reaves, Reaves is the only one who contests the shot so he was out of position to stop Murray from getting the offensive board. These are adult men and they have to deal with this petulant man child 😂😂

Lebron isn't helping the Lakers he's hurting them. With this example and on offense he's a black hole ball stopper. He's too old. To get his stats he has to dominate the ball and play absolutely no defense. And it clearly doesn't translate to wins.

The greatness of this Nuggets team is their ability to put aside ego. MPJ has a superstar mentality and would probably avg 30 in a different team. But, when you play along with a selfless dude like Jok, you probably discover that being part of a dinasty is a much more respected thing than being a superstar. Hats off to him for figuring it out at such a young age. AG, Murray, KCP...they're all doing the same thing, while the youngsters are doing their role with a bench leader in Reggie Jackson. Incredible team, I don't see a lot of teams being able to stop them from going back to back.

No one ever talks about this! It’s like a foreign concept in the NBA. (Clear out and make room for the superstar to score) Everyone says, “we need to bring in (insert individual superstar) to win. Meanwhile Denver has built a team. It’s literally why team USA is not a shoe in for the gold anymore. The Euros game is all about the team. I know it sounds cliche and Americans make fun of it but a good team will beat a bunch of individuals most of the time. I’m reminded of the Russian 5 that played for the Detroit Redwings back in the day and dominated the NHL. Other teams didn’t know how to handle it. They were used to the dump and run.

Find it strange when people are happy at another person's failure. The man is 40 years old, we will never see something like this I'm our lifetime. Imagine being his teammate and youre not better than a 40 year old.

@@ZorcNecrofear please, the whole Lakers team gasses out at the end almost everytime they play the Nuggets, just look at their last like 10 matchups, the Lakers tend to play aggressive in the first half and take the lead early but can't keep up their physical dominance and lose the lead either in the 3rd or 4th quarter, Denver on the other hand almost always had enough energy left to raise their intensity and efficiency for like the last 10 possessions, their efficiency at the end of these games is ridiculous, everytime they play fast in the 4th the Lakers can't keep up, the Lakers in most of those games tended to drop their intensity and efficiency towards the end, probably (from the looks of it) because it gets harder to focus when you're running out of energy. The Lakers' aggressive play early on works more often than not (or at least better than any other tactic they tried) so if they had the energy to do that all game why wouldn't they ? Because they only have the energy to play with that intensity for 3 quarters at most. You make it seem like AD doesn't get the ball in the 4th, he gets more than enough opportunities to at least have some impact at the end but it's not only his shot volume that drops, it's also his efficiency, last 10 games against the Nuggets he averaged like 45% in the 4th which is way below his normal efficiency. And no matter how much the offense runs through LBJ, after scoring 32 in the first 3 quarters in game 2 AD attempted 1 SHOT in the 4th, no way that was actually part of the Lakers' gameplan.

@@benjaminbronnimann3966 It wasnt part of the game plan its not gassed its being defeated because they play good team ball in the first half then Lebum starts calling iso's the closer it is to the 4th these guys dont want to play with a ball hog who plays no defense takes all the credit and gives all the blame

@@ZorcNecrofear they're defeated while they're ahead ? I highly doubt that. I agree with LeBron ball hogging too much in the 4th but if you really look at it the Lakers in this series averaged 20 FGA in the 4th and 6.7 of them came from LeBron so to suggest that the other starters don't have the opportunity to assert themselves (looking at AD) in the 4th is wrong, again it's not only LeBron's efficiency that goes significantly down in the 4th quarter of playoff games, AD literally shot 33% in the 4th against the Nuggets in this series so shifting the entire blame on LeBron is pretty ignorant and seems more based on your emotions than anything else, he deserves alot of criticism but he's far from the only one on that team who does. Oversimplifying a complex teamsport with countless factors at play for the sake of a narrative against a specific player or team is the main reason why discourse around sports is so toxic on social media in general, please stop doing that bs. If they're not gassed how come they struggle the most when opponents play fast towards the end of games ? Seems like a pretty clear indicator for exhaustion to me.

Lakers doesnt have the means t use that strategy. Its because they prioritize Lebron and marketing. Lebron ego got so high that he dont see that Lakers Master just want money. They goin to milk Lebron dry until he turn into scapegoat. Lebron can only blame himself tbh specially Bronny case.

DEN just has the better team after the stars cancel each other out. H/e the frustrating thing is Ham doesn't make real adjustments. It's happened the same way every game. LA finds success, Malone adjust after a timeout in the 2Q. Ham still telling them to run the same thing, you can literally hear him. I would be pulling my damn hair out after going to the huddle making suggestions & being told "just stick with it, trust the process, shots will go down" 😆
