The mansions are well designed

It's very tough to choose what I love about this house . I mean everything is done to perfection. The attention to detail is unmatched For example the mechanism in the kitchen. The biult in appliances to make sure nothing is in the way but also giving them a home and easy accessibility. The wainscoting is everything. From the simplicity of it but also not to overlook the fact that the corner details were done by hand. The perfect placement of it. The timeless yet chic look it gives. The dimension it gives to the wall. Everything about it is to be loved. I don't know whether people understand how complex it is to bring such a staircase to reality. Especialy for the fact that you guys chose concrete which has it's own workarounds. The fact that it not only goes through all levels but also it is also perfectly sculpted . Again I will insist on the details, the curves of the staircase have been well executed you could think it was easy and effortless to achieve. The amount of lighting flooding this house from every corner is just to be appreciated. There is the natural lighting brought in by the floor to ceiling windows during the day. Then at night the beauty of this masterpiece is not lost because of all the light fixtures put in place. From the chandeliers to the down lighters to the snake lighting . What I love about fine urban is how you bring different aspects and they still work. I'm talking about the chandeliers and how different they are in each space and yet they work together. I'd just love to say the chandeliers on the staircase area and the one in the first living room you guys walked into, they are so low giving me anxiety, " what if my child swings on it?" All the rooms being ensuite is a plus. The cabinetry and the storage spaces that have been created give me peace in knowing that everything will have a home. The sliding glass doors that are not taking up space yet functional add a touch of modernity. The black accents create contrast with the white emphasising on the modernity of the mansion. The vesace theme that is seen on the furniture and focal walls brings such class and sass into the property. It brings in the cohesiveness . The go green project by fine urban is such a topic that hits home. It is clearly evident in the outdoor space. The water feature is giving calm and is in sync with the location of the property. The tile choice of the pool is such a perfect choice for the arabian feel. The features on the outdoor walls have such a perfect mosaic tile ( and they make me want to sing arabian nights. I would but my terrible voice could never😂). The fact that you guys came in and still incorporated elements of your client's culture in the design is recommendable. I will have to agree with madam boss, that outdoor kitchen should be called university kitchen, period😂. The amount of patience it took to place each mosaic tilefor it to look so good deserves an applause. While on the same, I'm a huge fan of the fact that fine urban hires local workers. Supporting our own is underestimated. To know that such skills exist in this country. Like the moulding details and the tile work and the metalwork. I love this connection between skilled craftsmanship and high end luxury that has been created by fine urban. #AkotheeFineUrban

A beautifully done residential home with a classic modern Arabic inspiration observed in the creative use of the Versace logo inscribed on both interior and exterior walls to bring about the element of Swahili mouldings, and arched walls and mirrors. There's notable perfect harmony and balance between angular and curvaceous structural elements such as edged walls, curvaceous staircases and wainscoting. Elements of biophillic design "bringing nature indoors" by having a beautiful view of water (swimming pool) and trees from inside, and adequate natural lighting and ventilation. The entire interior is also very calm, characterized by the warm whites and subtle gold choice of color scheme, with one or two focal points at a time for each space, therefore elements don't "fight" for attention, which would otherwise cause spaces to seem too busy to the eye. The dimensions of all elements are all right, according to the size of each space, hence a beautiful symmetrical effect. Lastly there's a conspicuous element of a very solid structure portrayed by use of dominating concrete and marble which gives an opportunity to incorporate an organic feel to the soft furnishings in order to balance it out. #AkotheeFineUrban #Fineurbandesign #design #home

Words are not enough to describe how breathtaking this home is, I mean it screams RICH, LUXURY and EXPENSIVE. Firstly , I love the choice of location in Kwale County which is just perfect for a client that enjoys the coastal serene and lifestyle. Having followed the journey leading upto the reveal of this mega mansion, I had to take a minute in awe of the beautiful landscaping done on this property and not forgetting the well done waterfall, and palm trees to bring in that esthetic feel. Ohh and the grand entrance of the two huge pillars with a chandelier right before you enter the home is one for the books I must say. And if that is not statement enough, we're welcomed into the house by the grand curved stone staircase leading all the way up. I love how detailed the theme of the house is ( crystal white & gold theme) it's beautiful how this home is personalized with the Arabic patterns all the way from the perimeter wall which goes a long way to show how much Fine Urban interiors values the clients needs. Lights lights and more lights, all the way through the staircase leading up to the raindrop chandelier is one aspect to just die for when it comes to the grand details of this home. The corridors are well lit and the color combination just brings in natural light perfectly . Considering that this home is located in a humid environment , I love the fact that it has huge sliding glass windows that also serve as doors to bring in that breeze that's also perfect for views of the scenery.... and that's not all, they are also tinted!! Clever right? I just love it not forgetting how spacious each room is with functional storage and the marble designs of the bathrooms. Here's the best part!! All rooms have climate control. And what is a home without entertainment ? I love that it has massive pool and a gazibo just perfect for those moments of relaxation Last but not least, the heart of this home which is the kitchen. From how well space has been utilized with inbuilt cabinets, fridge, corner shelves and Ofcourse the pantry. As someone who loves food and cooking, this has to be one of the favorite spaces. As always this did not disappoint it has been a good year seeing this project progress.. from Cynthia's first tour to the one with Sheila, its just gotten better ... The gold finishings all throughout the property are truly reminiscent of Versace. A sort of blend with the soul of most properties Mr Nyagaka is involved in. I love how clean and excellent the white came out... it's honestly not shy in reaching for that excellent touch of fine fine living... The columns were just👌🏾👌🏾 The concrete curves in the staircase are a unique touch, showcasing your innovative use of materials. The lighting fixtures, especially the crystal one, add a touch of luxury, creating a mesmerizing ambiance throughout the house. Your landscaping choices, such as the incorporation of a waterfall and the pool with jewel tones, resonate with the Mediterranean design, creating a visually stunning and serene outdoor space. Having a relaxing living room where you can enjoy the sight and sound of a waterfall sounds like a dream come true. The constructors of this luxurious house must have toiled day and night to make this house turn into a fairyland Palace like mansion. 😍😍😍I mean look at how this space is beautiful...!!!The wall surrounding the house belong right where it is as if perchance has grown up right from that hallowed ground.😍 Every corner of this Varsace styled house has been beautifully carved and the varsace design were made with complete care. The spotless white paint, painted on the house makes this house look like a Palace from the fairyland. The greeneries at the front of the hedonistic house adds more beauty to it. The allocation of expansive big windows allow soo much light inside the house. The spot lights at the entrance of the house has been beautifully placed. The gravel path and the staircases leading to the entrance of the house is exquisite 👌. The water fountain brings nature close to this home. I love how how the space has been utilised to the maximum. The design of this Varsace house is pure art. The grand stoned curved staircase in the house is dazzling ❤️ The big spacious kitchen with big storage area is seamless. The pantry creates both functionality and aesthetic appeal of the beautiful kitchen. The house embraces ecology with the the utilisation of more natural light getting into the house through the big panel windows, also allowing fresh air into the family house. The kids bedroom is beautifully designed with soo much space a big panel widows to let in fresh breeze. Generally the grandiose design of the house is a clear statement of opulence. I loooove it❤️❤️

The big doors is everything as we start by getting in, you guys focus well on being chic and cosmopolitan and also comfortability . Compared to other industrial designs fine urban you are slowly becoming top notch.The decorative wall oh my😊😊😊 screaming elegance. The rooms are super lit and that's the best part again I get to see from most of your houses. How did you even come up with the water fall part it's well fitting in everything and adding so much sauce to everything. The dining room is very comfortable. The chandeliers are very classy and livable. Honoring there culture in all your architectural designs is to be extolled. The kitchen fridge tacked in is very concomitant with the theme of the house. I love the use of color both on interior and exterior, can't really decide what my favorite part of the the house is, because it all look stunning. But for sure kitchen and the living room are my most favorite places for there unique exquisite designs and layout, I loooove it😘. Everything is exemplary architectural design, sleek furnishings, optimal modernization and fabulous landscaping,the parking area is big enough❤ Am definitely in love. I can't describe the many things I am feeling being immersed in this house, I have never seen anything like this before except on fine urban This is absolutely stunning I lack words 😊.what made It even more classy and outstanding it's the fact that Madam boss was around, it gave it that exquisite look. First of all what a fine urban versace way to begin a month! I just love love what Fine Urban does. I have observed the following that really made the house unique for me. -The lights,chandeliers and the winding stairase. -Wainscoting wall and the rich tiles and marble used. -Waterfall and other water features with no seepage in the basement. -My goodness the outdoor gazebo,the gym even the idea of having a yoga patio. -The going green initiative to plant trees and maintain the ones already on site. -The personal touch,the attention to detail,uniqueness,patience and the labour of love displayed into all your projects that is something I love which is exactly what distinguishes fine urban from the rest. Of course its versace daah! Kudos guys for a job well done it's humbling that such a company exists in Kenya to build and buy Kenya to the world. #fineurbanrealestate&interiors #akothee

I really love your design from the start ,the lighting,that is the chandeliers they are magnificent, you have also installed the sockets that are sufficient ,waoo, The spacing you have done it wonderful ,the layout is quite good using the best wood that fit each design.The kitchen is spaced quite well 🎉.The unique tilling is top notch .when it comes to basement you have done it uniquely,The lighting on the basement is smart and the both artificial and natural lighting is wonderful.fine urban interior design is on top ,I love how you design the house#akotheefineurban
