It’s been a long time since I last watched this video and I’m still just as impressed as the first time I watched it. There’s so many positive things I like about the island. Yes there’s lots of undeveloped islands for sale in Canada but it really takes someone with a vision to make it happen. Congrats 👍

I remember when this property was listed for $25 million then $21 million and now it’s listed for $12 million that’s a huge price difference maybe it was a unrealistic price before but at $12 million I see a fast sale maybe even multiple offers. Your video of the property 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

@Tyrone Shoelaces yes your right but if you go on MLS there’s also two different listings. I think $8.75 million includes the land to the mainland then there’s another listing for around $7 million something like that it probably doesn’t include the land on the mainland. It would be foolish to break them up. I remember a island property in Muskoka Ontario with it took years to sell because it had no connection to the mainland it started out at $15 million and sold for about $4 million after about 5 years on the market ? Go Figure
