I’m not feeling this one. I’m not getting that feeling of luxury and comfort. It’s just big, square, open and rather plain rooms with random layouts and features like a chair and TV next to the stairs and landing. The walk in closet looks like a school and the shower looks like a gym shower. It’s way too industrial. I get that that’s the point but $50 million for that?

I had to watch this video again. This home still impresses me as much as it did a year or so ago. I’m sure someone is living in it by now and they are very blessed to live in such a beautiful home. The views alone would be worth the price. The designer of this home did an amazing job. If I owned it, I wouldn’t change a thing.

This home is so different in the way it was laid out an the different finishing they use with the barn doors, explosed beans ect. I will admit I had mix feelings at first but in the end I loved this home. When you get a feeling of comfort an peace walking through you know it is home.

I dont know what it is, but something feels off about this house. Like a filmset for a psychological thriller. Also why does this (4:40) look like a doctors waiting room?

Exactly how I feel. Like, I like that it's spacious but it feels so perfectly open as a movie set for a film crew to manoeuvre around in. The seating area in the wine room and cigar/lounge area beside it also felt weirdly un-inviting (though I understand wanting some privacy from an overly open main floor that affords no privacy). It only felt warm enough when the lights came on at dusk. Other than that, the feel of the hose was so off. Felt creepy at some points.

I'm not even done with the video and it's been a minute i'Ve commented on ur videos but this is by far one of the most fair priced homes you've toured, given all of the features of the home and location. the high walls/ceilings, extremely long driveway, incredible views that give an even bigger impression of amplitude makes this home gorgeous.This is so beautiful and thank you for sharing such incredible content

Totally agree. This box of a home is laughable. From the finishings of the bathrooms and entire staging. Tracy’s home in Brentwood looked more elevated than this. That $46 million price tag 🤣😂. Investors should completely stay away from this money pit. Watching this again just paint the whole building blue. Drop the IKEA sign out front and people will definitely come…. For the meatballs and ice cream cone. Stay awhile and enjoy the view. One way to recoup investor loss.

The One is a mixture of entertainment center and hotel, and the design is already partly outdated - no wonder if it takes 10 years to build. The One has some cool features, but basically it's a pointless juxtaposition of loads of concrete walls and lavish waterfeatures. Perhaps the impression will be better when the work is finished and the project is over. I don't think anyone will ever live in this megamansion - maybe in the guest house, which is the most appealing. I wish The One the best as a post-Covid event location - it would probably make more sense to demolish the monster and use the space sensibly.

Not digging the house layout, doesn't feel like a house. I love the channel and production value is insane as always!

This is one of the best mansion tour you made Enes. Love the ceiling,Alot of Mansions you toured do not pay attention to ceilings. This is one is very detailed and even the drawers in the kitchen has an organizer which you dont really see in a lot of million dollar mansion. I cant wait for you guys for the tour of “The One👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. You have to do it Enes..For sure The owner will love you to go into the every details of “The One” its perfect for you,nobody can tour “The One” like you do and thats a fact.

Imagine getting up in this home, go riding trails with your bike in the canyon, and then swimming in your amazing pool to cool down!

Enes narration is so calm and relaxed i can only imaging what being in that space feels like.

The colors of everything in and outside the home. Works really well with the environment. Gives a beach and mountain climbing vib. The design is mostly simplified to give more focus to environment.

I love all the teak elements in the house, it feels very warm and earthy not cold and sterile like some other modern homes.

This house was part of the Million Dollar Listing LA show and poor Tracey got the listing lol. One of the hardest developers to work with and doesn't care a bout selling the price.

Ashwagandha lowers Cortisol which in turn, reduces stress levels. Take it regularly. It's found in most Natural Health food stores and online. Of course, it definitely helps to relax watching an Enes video!

This house is masterfully designed. That being said, no one buys a home in Malibu for "ocean views". For $50 million I'd expect it to be ON the beach not overlooking the beach, and I'd also expect the sliding doors to be automatic.

I agree! I've watched several of these videos and I always think they look like office buildings. I appreciate the attention paid to appliances and such, the best of the best and all. But there is no warmth, IMO. A lot of uniform boxy black or white in stacked boxes of the same.

I like glass box contemporaries as much as the next guy, but the design of this is so blah. The windows look like an office building, and the dark brown color of the decking is undynamic.

@@Tam5115 I’ve thought the same about a lot of these mega mansions. They resemble modern office space more than actual homes. Wayyyyyy too much open space.

This is the house I love. One of the best you ever showed, if not the best.

Enes the way you give us the tour nobody else does it like you. Every other agent I watch they complete the tour in 10 minutes but not you .You give us all the details.Thank you.

Righ? I don't understand the comments about ugly and empty interior. It's stunning. Oak, white and all those windows make it so peaceful. Reminds me of old Japanese houses but in modern version.
