Splashdown is my favorite special bc It doesn’t require any skill and I have NO SKILL

If you time it right, nobody can even DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! You are so high in the air that an E liter scope being used by a Japanese player would be hard pressed to cancel it!

baller leaves you vulnerable at the end, but I get the fact you can TRY to run away but... it breaks pretty easily.... splashdown at least if you survive the area in which you splashdowned will be clear and the opponents will be p far from you with how far the range can be. not saying it doesn’t leave you vulnerable either, because it does. but... it’s just... better. if you die, you die quick, not at the end. panic baller also could take you away from the objective if you use it to run away from fights. idk I’m just not a big baller fan tbh

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Alphastar716. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Alpha's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Splatuber literature, for instance. pro tip, in rainmaker, fill up splashdown and run back to base, then, when you team rainmaker gets close to the goal, super jump and be a good friend

i finally have fast enough instincts in splat to get out of the way of a splashdown. its so satisfying when someone tries it on you and you kill them anyways once the ink falls

You can look at the top of the screen to see if someone has a splashdown. Never get killed by a superjumper again.

I have a splashdown tactic. Let’s say you are winning and a opponent comes to ink. Hide in ur ink and when they get close, strike. It’s evil and it works.

You know that before moving through the air when you superjump, press the special button, and it’s even B E T T ER

The Baller kind of... exists. And it's kinda... more useful. I'd be using the Inkbrush Nouveau if I wasn't choosing between Splat Bombs and Ink Mine.

I use Splashdown to cover huge chunks of turf that aren't my color. The splats are just a bonus.

A way to counter it is to put up a brella it you are using one. This will most likely break the brella, but you will go undamaged, best to use any undercover brella as then you can keep on shooting, possibly taking them out.

As a splashdown users this puts a smile on my face

I’mma dark tetra main and splashdown is my go-to button for any tight situation... also it’s fun to super jump then splashdown on ppl

I jump to teammates who are about to die only to use splashdown above them in the sky like a nuke to kill everyone. Because you can not only use it at the end of the jump, you can use it mid jump 100feet hıgh. Only to hit super jump campers

Smart Splash down users will wear gear with Special Respawn Saver so when they respawn, they can just ink a small amount of ink, Charge up, and super jump to the most troubled teammate.

im starting to main the undercover brella purely for the protection and the splashdown. its pretty awesome tho ngl

I once had a game where I got a triple in the first 20 seconds of a game because the Splattershot charges Splashdown extremely quickly (I managed to get it in 10 seconds), and a brush on my team had rushed the enemy base fast enough for me to jump and splashdown.
