That was mental! I loved his approach to focus on speed, timing and improving his technics, instead of lifting weights, which looks to be the best approach for his weight division, and if you don't plan to fight open weight ("absoluto"). Congrats to their coach, Raul, who made them for sure UNIQUE ones! Who on Earth wouldn't love to see them competing some super fights?!

Thank you for the video. What your interviewee is saying, about taking breaks, can help me in my education as well. I know, whenever I get done with the semester, I can physically feel it. Of course, the coursework is all online. However, it does take a lot out of me, because I wanna do well, and do well in a timely fashion. Assignments are due weekly, and big ones, like research papers, or also do. I spend over an hour doing homework every night, at least every day somehow. I need to slow down, and take a break every once in a while, which I do. But I also remember the assignment and it’s due date. That gets me a little stressed out, because I have missed assignments and missed points for doing so. Each time an assignment is late, it’s a 10% deduction every day. Once again, thank you for sharing this.
