That is a job to Prince William and princess catherine.Its they're life HE was born into a royal family, Princess Catherine's family very down to earth people ,has I'm sure had a great affect on their royal life. They stay down to earth , but they know they're royal. I think princess Charlotte is more apt to learn all the royal protocol and make sure her 2 siblings know them. They are very good people, I'm so glad her family and the queen and Charles loves these children so much. Keep them safe king Charles DO your part along with they're family. You know I try to be good to everyone in both sides of my family do I trust all of them no. And believe you me I know which one does what.. And the good part of it all they know I know.. I'm kind of like the queen nice to be around lots of fun. But don't think your getting away with anything I don't know about, because your not.

Well, we all know the PR. These are real people, not dolls so I don't get peoples' obsession with viewing them as idealised robots. That does them no good and creates the sort of pressure that creates enormous challenges for them as actual people. Ted Bundy was seen as very cute as well. Appearances are just that and who wants to live up to other peoples' projections like that? That is definitely not good for children as all the child psychology shows. She is a miracle of a woman and will of course raise them well. Her family are sound, grown up people, who allow children to be children rather than dolls.

Those children are all close to their family and no matter what materialistic items they are amazingly well behaved children. George and Charlotte are starting to really embrace the crowds and have impeccable manners from what I have seen. W & K are wonderful parents and very much in love with each other. I always admire their laid back style and attitude.

@Imcominto Amerika He's only just turned 4. At age 3, my daughter couldn't cope with standing still for hours. I've seen the family on several occasions. Louis was well-behaved and acted like every child of his age. Please don't cast negative opinions on such a small child.

Wealthy families do have access to more trips and fun trips but I believe Catherine and William are raising their children with a common sense parenting. They are a lovely family.

Whenever I see Prince William & The Princess of Wales, beautiful & warm Catherine along with their children, it makes me smile . It makes me warm in my heart, because I feel the closeness between William & Catherine and how they adore & love their so very different kids. To me they are simply a beautiful couple & my heart goes out to them. Hope they protect their kids from toxic people who bully little 3 year old kids & do not shy back from bullying, mocking & ridiculing the late HRH The Queen. God bless the RF.

I do find it difficult that the people who have to volunteer their time and skill to charities due to lack of funding, should be far more considered for their actual hard work. Showing up at a place where everyone is bowing to you and everything is made lavish is not hard work compared to those who give their time and expertise because, if they did not, millions of people would not get the help they urgently need. As a barrister I see it as simply correct that I give my time and skill to the vast majority of people that cannot otherwise access legal services when they need them. The law belongs to all of us, not just those who can pay all the fees and Court costs (yes, Courts charge) and other very expensive requirements such as medical-legal reports that often costs enormous amounts of money but are required for any case to be made. My mother, a doctor, did the same throughout her professional life. Many highly specialised (and well paid) doctors do the same, especially when it comes to those reports. My whole family has and we all know that we already have enough so this is not work. It is being a good member of society. It doesn't amount to anyone living in castles and holidaying in Mustique (the MOST exclusively rich holiday location on Earth!). I was named for the Queen and have no issue with the Family. But I do wish someone would come up with a better word for what they do than 'work'. That is not work. It's PR at best and that is of value.

@@PaPa-hj6lf Yes, since Prince Charles (as he was then) expressed his desire to slim down the family, I had hoped that he might start by offering the hard-working tenant farming families whose land is owned by the Duchy of Cornwall and therefore enormous rents must be paid before the family can even earn an income from all that work, a fair market price to purchase the land they have worked often for generations. For some odd reason, he opened 'offices' for both his sons in the Duchy, providing them with a private income in the millions annually entirely separate from RF Public Relations 'work'. The map of the area owned by the Duchy of Cornwall alone is extensive and includes whole towns and sections of London. It is a major multi-billion pound corporation as a result.

I don't think these kids are spoiled by riches,their parents are bringing them up very down to earth and conscious of others and their future roles.Going to a carribean island in Summer or a skiing holiday are not uncommon holidays and playing and exploring in Scotland is fabulous

These claims of working hard are a way to justify Royal existence and wealth. Royals are usually referring to the official 1 h or 20 min engagements they do: cutting a ribbon, shaking hands. watching a film or game of rugby. Then there are the occasional military, religious or royal ceremonies and honours ceremonies.This IS NOT work. It’s meeting the great and good, charity leaders and pursuing royal own interests. None of this requires any physical or intellectual effort on the part of any royal. Everything is planned and provided for them demanding millions for very little in return. in addition, billionaire royal inheritances are tax free when British people pay 40% tax!

Totally agree with you Scarlett. The royals have to give up any private desires for a life of their own and spend their lives for others, for example there are hundreds of charities that have been benefitted and increased by their interest. Camilla visited a women's prison in this town and spent the entire time talking with the women, listening, admiring their work, encouraging them. She had a very positive effect on the inmates and the staff and officers. She certainly broke down prejudice against the royals.

I’m working as carer (single mum , one child)and have to work long shifts Xmas and other special days, days and nights, rain or snow. leaving my son with friends for many many Xmases for 24 hour shift, because my salary so minimum I’m barely able to pull my small family budget to next pay day. But what gives me strength - my boy who best in school, who is so brave to through the numbers and numbers of hospital appointments and procedures (he has health condition) . My boy is my is Prince for me .And my colleagues who is coming to work to look after other people for me Kings, Queens! Despite rail, bus strikes , rain or snow always there with real, warm smile and helping people!

Catherine is an Amazing mother. Following the footsteps of Princess Diana. I Love that the kids aren’t staying at boarding school. If they decide they want to as they get older I’m sure it will be ok but now they all play together and do fun family fun!!! I Love them! ❤.

William & Catherine are wonderfully kind & caring parents. They cook their own meals & encourage their children to join in & take part in family fun, but they also have chores. They are properly showing their children what is expected from them & how to present themselves with proper conduct.We have really enjoyed watching William as he has grown up,formed a great relationship with Catherine, & how they are so loving with their children & are a wonderful little family. I’m 75 & live in Virginia, USA. The Queen & Prince Philip came to Washington, DC & ride in a coach on a route where the streets were lined with thousands of Brownies & Girl Scouts bc the Queen had been a scout at the palace when she was a girl & thoroughly enjoyed joining with other girls there, & always supported the organization. It was cloudy with a light rain, but we got excused from school & ride buses in our uniforms to go stand & wave as they rode by.We were all so thrilled& never forgot how special it was for us! She was a true Queen to care about all people everywhere! She is dearly missed!

The Wales children have an abundance of what many children in the world (including MERCHIE and LILIBUCKS) lack--two loving, caring, involved parents. I'm pretty middle class, but from what I can see, they don't have much more than my own kids had. What I see, more than a few fancy vacations, are a mommy, daddy, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who are there for them ALL THE TIME. As much a I respect the royal family I definitely feel that they have a very lavish life compared to the average family what they able to provide. Considering Catherine comes from working class family and her family has a huge influence on their family , im sure Catherine keeps her children balanced in many respects. The most lavish aspect of William and Catherine's children's life is their close and loving family environment. Everything else is (enviable) window dressing. You have some points but I do see the point in emphasising that 'work' is not the word for what they do. They add value in PR to many charities, for whom I, as a barrister and my mother (a doctor) and so many others have volunteered their time and skill because those charities could not exist, due to severe lack of MONEY, without the volunteers. That takes a great deal of skill and training for which the volunteers do not get either paid, bowed to or provided several extravagant homes to choose from. Nor do they holiday in one of the world's most exclusive and expensive islands. There are many highly specialised doctors that I have worked with on cases who have done an amazing job of keeping the costs of medical-legal reports to within somewhat affordable costs. They generally do not take a fee for their own work, which can be extensive, detailed and take many, many long hours of hard work. In the UK (and elsewhere) only a small proportion of the population can access legal and other specialised services when they urgently need them. Our parents raised us to do this volunteering because we care about humanity and being decent members of the community. Showing up at an event created for you, where people bow and things are made lavish for you while you read a pre-written speech off a page can bring awareness to these voluntary services but I would call that PR, not 'work'. Plus, there is the issue as to why there is insufficient money to properly fund either these charitable services or the urgent social needs they address.

@Tim Tree Frog yep! Also Harry previously lived in Nottingham Cottage as a single man. Meghan moved in with him quickly but they then moved into a much larger building, no mention of that though, only how tiny Nottingham Cottage was! Also Harry said he didn't know who lived in Nottingham Cottage before him but that was a lie! The previous occupants were Prince William, Catherine & Prince George!

These fame & fortune are temporary. But behind them are full of care & worries. As long their enjoyment is from their own home grown investment. I won't question them. I have seen how Diana & now William will use them for the human race. My mantra: " Naked their kids came into the 🌎, thank God, they won't go back naked, but with minimum decently covered." Amen.

Those poor kids will live their entire life under constant public scrutiny. I reckon average middle class kids in Australia mostly lead a better life.

Why the insistence on referring to our Princess of Wales as "Catherine Middleton"? She married 11 years ago, leaving her maiden name behind.

I don't think that the Royal children have a different upbringing from anyone else . There is a particularly British way of raising and educating children. There are ethnic and religious differences, of course , but most people have either been born in Britain or come from Commonwealth countries. We all share some very deep cultural roots. Britain has adopted many of the ways of the Commonwealth and the Commonwealth has adopted many British ways. Even the long history with places like China have left their mark on British life, although I believe that mamalade sandwiches from Peru is stretching the cultural similarities a bit far!

Keeping animals in crowded factories is also not OK. There are 800 US style mega farms in the UK supplying the supermarkets. Hunting (within their own managed land) is a far less cruel and a more sustainable way of eating.

Nope! They have attended 2 primary schools due to a home move. The Prince and Princess of Wales moved out of Kensington Palace (Central London) and into Adelaide Cottage (Berkshire) in 2022. Prince George 2017-2022 & Charlotte 2019-2022 attended Thomas's Prep in Central London. When the family moved in 2022, all 3 children started attending Lambrook in Berkshire. (Before this they attended nursery school in Central London - as most children do before they go to primary school.)
