El nopal sabe delicioso se le quitan las espinas con cuchillo y se abre a lo largo con un cuchillo adentro se le pone carne con queso cilantro tomate cebolla con mayonesa y salsa de tomate etc y se envuelve en papel aluminio y se pone en la estufa o horno a fuego lento hasta que huela a comida. Saludos de un colombiano viviendo en New York City.

Ahh cool bro gotta visit Jamaica someday! And haha alright cus in Spanish she said "arbol del pan" which means tree of bread so thats why I was confused.
I love that big canister of soup cooking. I use to eat that soup everyday at the local spots that serve the menu of the day
