Inside the gardener’s cozy cottage, The aromas of spices waft in the air, with the awaiting supper of pottage, A welcoming warmth and coziness, greeted by a happily dancing fire, while he did potter, Visions captured his thoughts of dessert or ice-cream, drizzled generously with hot fudge, Quickly trying to eradicate that thought, he was not going to budge, His heart quietly whispered “no need to judge,” Time for distractions, eyes darting around the room, landing on the wooden hand-crafted furniture and empty hot tub, The vintage lanterns brought back sweet memories not to be forgotten, He took deep breaths to awaken his senses, to the delicate perfumed sweetness of the flowering pots, He appreciated the end to another day inside his cozy cottage.
