Inside the break in the Tupac murder probe Part 1: The tape

ABC News obtained audio of Keffe D talking to LVMPD officers in 2009, 14 years before his arrest in Tupac's murder. Authorities call it a confession, but his attorney says his client isn't guilty.

As of right now there is a fucc ton of reasonable doubt for even conspiracy to commit, let alone 2nd degree, There will never be a first degree because the trigger man been underground for a quarter century. You need 12 jurors to unanimously agree that there is no reason to doubt the guilt. There are tons of doubts, it was three decades ago and everyone is dead and there is literally no physical evidence. Its all circumstantial and Keefe D being an idiot saying dumb things. There might be some internal cooperation stuff to get evidence on Puffy, because the Pac case is washed up and there is no evidence, not to convict a killer. Getting Keefe on a conspiracy to commit, 30 years later which 12 jurors might not even come close to agreeing on beyond a reasonable doubt might just be a ruse to get Keefe to avoid trial and snitch on Puffy. If I am a DA, Ill take a Puffy trafficking conviction Et al. over a conviction on a dumb conspiracy to commit charge all day.

No evidence. Only thing that’s changed is he’s talked enough and they have enough videos on yotube of other people talking saying what keefe said is true so they’ll use that as proof and not actual evidence like his lawyer has been asking for. No pictures or receipts of him even in Vegas, no records of a car or gun. And yes I’ve heard every confession and story behind this. You need actual evidence and corroboration in the court of law you can’t just get 10 people to go in court and say he did it especially if they didn’t see it happen which none of them did.

I am sorry for those who lost loved ones,& for the music that was never created. However, the whole "gangsta cool" thing was bad to start with,& has only gotten worse with time. Nobody needs 10 yr old kids waving guns around, talking tough,& thinking that serious violence shows loyalty and makes them part of a desired group. If those 'gangsta' - infatuated children live to grow up, they are likely to end up incarcerated. Worse yet are the ones who procreate at a young and irresponsible age, continue in their behavior,& leave children with absent or deceased fathers (or mothers) to continue the cycle. 😢

Where's your energy for the music executives who picked up this music then exploited and amplified it to the masses for profit? Before NWA who sold poison to these communities, you had Public Enemy who preached empowerment and upliftment of the people. The issues you've mentioned have now become a global pandemic in urban cities across the world because of these same executives who pedal the gangsta Rap genre and made BILLIONS off it whilst these neighbourhoods suffer. Influential people included the vultures who profit, should be pouring money back into these communities to alleviate their social issues. Instead they let them rot and profit off their pain. Children don't choose to be born.

this music genre rolled back two generations of black progress from the civil rights movement. Look at what black women looked like before this culture set in, and now. They weren't all fat, fatherless and cockeyed, saddled with baby daddies and bright pink weaves. The music centered itself on degrading black women. Ugly, ugly thing. A Trojan Horse to the black race. Straight pipeline to the prison industrial complex.

Diddy lacked talent himself, so he went after to remove all talented dudes. He did scored in getting rid some of them. And even though he didn’t sign no one better than he was, he was never appreciated as an artist. A man can never get away with his crimes. If he doesn’t get judgement here on earth, he gets one from God. Better run to a merciful God than one who is a judge. The difference is repentance

Why would he set PAC up for an ambush and risk himself being hit with stray bullets at such close proximity?? Guy is huge..u could hit him with your eyes closed.. 2.
