If you're referring to the three spots on the hub visible at the 2:05 time mark, they look like water or oil, not scratches. They should just wipe off.

This is what I consider a real luxury vehicle. Other vehicles such as a Mercedes Benz, BMW, Lexus, Acura, Infiniti and Genesis to me are luxury wannabe vehicles.
