Expected a huge deep dive, but going by this video, it looks like every other auto factory in the country.

Tesla's Headquarters has always been in Palo Alto, CA and will soon move to Austin, TX. Tesla's Fremont factory is one of several factories Tesla operates in the US. There are offices in the Fremont complex, but they are primarily used to manage manufacturing activities at Fremont, not to run the company.

They often use a false controversial title as click bait. The perfect sounding narrators you hear on many of these channels are voice robots-a clear indication that English is not their first language. One of the most reliable Tesla-focused KZread channels is Tesla Daily. Electrified is also very reliable.

I worked there for almost 5 years. Those vending machines get restocked weekly.

A lot. Factories this big have to have medical personnel and/or facilities, otherwise an abled worker can die if not quickly assisted; and no death looks good on a company.
