the company I work for the people are trying to get unionized by united associations. Fingers crossed it happens because there package is amazing.

@@JoonRhee Here in the Midwest our base scale is all the same. But in HVAC, everyone negotiates a higher wage based on other factors. A buck and a truck is typical, but some might make quite a bit more.

Hope you scrubbed up before chewing your fingernails!
