I first became a fan when Stephanie and Phillip did a tour of the chateau for you all during the COVID mess! It was so beautiful and I was invested in seeing the chateau transforming into your vision for the future. Love the room with the Chandelier and church type windows its stunning . The Kitty cat was lucky to of found u , she looked very thin but 2 years missing is a very long time , she was just so lucky to find caring people like yourselves to get her home once again . 😺

I love how you guys are "test running" the function of different areas in order to make the best decision before renovations begin. I think by the time the workshops are over, you'll be able to make informed and decisive choices based on how smoothly things went...identifying all the pain points. I hope you're utilizing extensive guest surveys as well. Carolina, looks like the idea for the new workshop space turned out better than expected. This way, you won't have to dismantle the office each time, unless you need more than one space. So much flexibility added. Bravo! Would love a pool update in the next video.🧡🧡🧡

Your interpersonal relationships are extremely positive in the videos. Given the fact that it didn’t say intact, family, and additional people interacting. It is wonderful to see the blending that goes on. Obviously everyone is committed to a common goal of making the château, both a home and a business. This was a joy to watch, even as you all worked so hard to get your chateau just the way you want it for your first retreat. And I say joy, because it is a most welcome reprieve from all that is going on in the US and in Ukraine and in Gaza & Israel. Beauty, grace, family, art- are a counterbalance to daily news-and we need all of that we can get. I love your new breakfast room-a vision brought to life. But most of all I an in awe of how you have crafted the studio out of almost rubble. It is a wonderful balance of rustic and sophistication (chandeliers); an inspiring sight and I hope the retreat participants just love creating their works of art in that environment. Yes, you show the good things about working together as a family and I’m sure there are some sharp edges here and there. BUT you all have evolved into a cohesive looking team-looks like you have coalesced beautifully recognizing differing talents and shared goals as you transform the chateau. If I may suggest, start with the two that Stephanie did, of her coming to see the chateaux for them, during the covid shut down, that helped them deside to buy it. When you watch them in the order they put them out it really does help you to see how much they have done. You will become so invested in cheering them on, as the rest of us have!

Lovely works going on in the Chateau. You guys are such a great team as a family too. The floor came up a treat after the sanding the work never stops. Excellent TEAM work Everyone! Carolina, how lovely to have your parents for a whole week and they looked so busy, helping you out! I'm sorry they live so for away, and I feel for you! We moved from Germany to North Carolina when I was a teenager. Then my parents decided to buy an additional house in Scottsdale, AZ. I was so hurt, that they moved away from N.C. (I was married then and stayed in NC) and for 20 years my parents loved AZ. Although, I was able to explore Arizona with my Family during vacation time. Now I have my Mom back in N.C. I feel your hurt and cried a little too. Your West-Wing Salon reveal is gorgeous with the round tables, new chairs and Palm trees! Best of Luck with "crunch time"!!!

@OurFrenchChateau - have been feeding strays and ferals ( ferals do not meow, which I did not know) , they have cameras in the barn where they feed them to see who's coming etc.- takes them to the vet to get spayed and actually has a cat fund and their viewers donate. They try and find homes for the strays and the vet checks for microchips. You will love their channel they are from San Fran originally and have an awesome property in Normandy.

Wow, you all did so much work and it came together beautifully! We had a stray cat show up in our barn last fall and now we have six cats in our barn, it has been a struggle to get them to the vet and get them fixed, I will name one of them Tigger in honor of your Tigger that was reunited with her family.
