I’m not a woman but I’ve read Women Who Run With The Wolves and it’s one of the best reads I’ve ever read. Dr. Clarissa wrote it so beautifully and so informative. Indira taking care of herself through meditation and tarot cards is a sign that she’s comfortable of who she is. Ahhh. Such an inspiration.

Kimmy you need to practice on deep breathing, maybe do a guided visualization meditation exercise on KZread. Honestly, just practice as much as possible. Meditation is an art, she has been practicing it for a long time :)

Alma Fernanda the first time I used my tarot deck, my grandmother freaked out on me asking I had clean hands before I did any readings and If I had bid it goodbye after I was done. I didn’t do either of those, and she made me wash my hands and go back to where I was sitting when I was using them because theoretically you’re opening up a gateway to the spiritual world and you always have to thank the deck for it’s wisdom and say goodbye so the doors close. Clean hands=clean space and purity. Goodbye=politeness and thankfulness. Also if you give readings to anyone, you have to make sure you practice this every time, cause the reading won’t come true and will have an opposite effect.
