Back in 2012 watching Moto 2, I remember MARC finishing from last to P1 in Valencia, probably the best race i've seen. 12 years later it's the same rider, though it's harder like a new chapter for him. Go Marc !

The scariest thing for his competitors is that he's riding last year bike, it's only his 5th race on the Ducati, and he didn't even brought any of his crew he had since back the Moto2 era. Respect

Ever since Pierfrancesco Chili - the first one to have fans on the track who greeted him - you need more than a wave to the crowd. MM has that trait while Bag and especially Martin seem little distant. Martin is definitely into himself. MM is full of adoration for his fans and his team whether Repsol and now Gresini. It's rare to have a genuine talent and people skills.

Gresini so lucky for gets a 8 times world champion rider, and Marc so lucky he gets one of the best motor and team on the grid

I was SO excited last year to hear that Marc was going to Ducati. Well, the excitement he's already provided this year - which has been an INCREDIBLE season - has far surpassed my hopes!! This race had me laughing out loud and pumping my fists in the air for Marc, riding an inferior bike!!! CONGRATS MM!!!! YOU ARE THE CHAMPION OF THIS RACE!!!

Marc on a 2023 Ducati mixing it up and beating 2024 Ducatis are what Legends are made of. The best thing I've seen in Motogp ever. Vamos MM93

​@@user-ce7xw3fx6q And you are blind to see how this GP23 is inferior to GP24. In year 2022 the GP21 was competitive, Bastianini won 4 races. In year 2023 the GP22 was also competitive, Bezzecchi won 3 races,DiGa won 1 race, Alex M. won 2 sprints... This year Bezzecchi,DiGa and Alex M. are so much slower than 2023 because GP23 is not competitive like their bike from 2023,the GP22. Marc is the only GP23rider who is able to fight with GP24's and beat them.

@@V.D.22 even if the tyres are better, Marc is still keeping up with a machine that everyone has said is better than the 23 bike, so I kind of feel like Marc is making the difference there too. I knew he would be quick because he's Marc Marquez, but some of the stuff he's done on that bike already has really impressed me. At the Valencia test last year too, his middle sector was so much faster than the other riders. Even they were surprised, and it was his first time on the bike. People might not like him but the guy is world class and still a cut above the other riders. Previous seasons champions (Fabio, Pecco, Mir, and also Martin challenging) they haven't had his consistency under pressure on what have been amazing bikes, so this season will be interesting. I have a bad feeling Marc will crash a lot towards the end of the season though, trying to keep up with the GP24 developments that they will get throughout the season.

@@grandmasterj5 agree, but this year Marc only crashed when he had problems with the brake in Austin and when he hit a wet patch in Jerez. He has the early GP23 which is slightly weaker. Against the gp24 he has definitely a disadvantage exiting corners. It is visible and all riders say it's true. Even so, he managed to come from P13 to 2nd and almost won which only he can do. I hope he will continue like this all season, but it is possible he might struggle in 2nd part of the season due to Ducati development.

Its been long time not follow motogp. The last time Spain rider on podium called Jorge is Jorge Lorenzo. This year, I should expect more interesting from motogp. Motogp becomes more attractive if there are 3-4 riders always compete at top list.
