Sir no offence to you but this area is not very well developed, I have lived in this sector for almost an year and there are severe issues especially with RWA, water logging in rains, parking, will need your own conveyance getting cabs is also a difficulty, especially if you want to go Delhi, no street lights even on main roads it gets rally dark and deserted in the night.

This is an amazing area and developing at at very fast rate. Dmart, Breweries, Harish, Reach mall, Elan mall, Good earth mall, Spaze shopping centre and lot of other normal shopes alwithin 1 km. This area has highest density of retail shops. Also schools are there. Badminton academy, tennis academy, skating academy all near. Its developing very fast.

Guys this is total frod.. i have myself hold 1 unit for almost 3 years in astaire garden... very poor construction by bptp.. basement tiles have leaks during rainy season, civil work around is also not upto the mark.. monthly maintenance team is also not upto the standard... does not deserve even hal;f the price quoted.. be careful. you can get plenty of good properites in the enarby vicinity .. avoid bptp...
