Have you ever wondered how Brookfield Zoo Chicago creates indoor trees, climbing structures, and rockwork for animal habitats? Much of it is made with shotcrete, a method of applying concrete at a high speed and turning it into functional and durable art for our animals! Come along with us to view our under-construction Tropical Forests primate habitats to see how it's done, and view the progress of our highly-anticipated new habitat.
