The Lanesborough is a beautiful Hotel, on my bucket list for sure, watched the video twice. 👍

I've been their client for 13 years, what you see is exactly what you get. Superb food, luxury service and very friendly staff. By all means I used to feel home every time I visited them. They remember every little detail about you, up to the extend how you like your egg boiled. Simply I can say it's the best place in the world for me

I'm not usually a fan of this style of decor, but it's so well done here! Absolutely everything looks comfortable and luxurious. I love the full size products in the bathroom!

Whilst the renovation is all so beautiful for me I prefer the Original Lanesborough Hotels original 1991 Fittings and Fixtures.Having been part of the original opening back in 1991 we worked damm hard to build this hotels reputation and we were the first hotel in the world to offer Butler Service which today is a service offered all over the world we in the Butler team worked long hours and solved many dilemmas.When I first went along to an interview for a job at this new hotel I was so nervous as at that time the word around the hotel community was that this was to be the most luxurious hotel to open in London in Many Years and in My Eyes It was.Even though I had worked at other well Known Luxury London Hotels as London back in 1991 wasn't as affluent as it is now. But thankfully I got the job.In the 8 Years I worked there I met so many great and wonderful people some of whom have passed away since then.I'm thankful for my memory's and to the people I met along the way I say it was a pleasure to have worked with you in the old Lanesborough Hotel.Regards Patrick

It is observed that knowing how to take care of the details to give an exquisite treatment to the guests, but the junior suite that they present to me here seems tremendously outdated. The space is not very wide (or it is not being used properly) In addition, those colors, those textures and that excessive amount of furniture and decorations end up making the environment heavy and uncomfortable.

No cigar lounge? Keep it up tho! Great work!

Because 99 percent of the population of the UK will never have the money to stay in this hotel and others like it.

Prefer first class planes not a very good video

Video quality is appalling.

Feel I aged 20 years just watching this video! Horrendously dark, heavy and repressing interior!

Sounds awful : noisy, unbearable piano. Not luxury but ordinary.
