From the outside, I didn't expect this. This house has his suit imagine that. Was crossing my figures saying I wish it was a suit and guess what. Space well utilized. The rainfall shower at the master my God is massive every man's dream. Speaking of the theatre the Doors even imported a barrel from Italy. Not to say that every passion comes with its challenges. ...... 🤣 The term 'Lazy Susan' dates back like years back ..... at that time most of the househelps who happened to be called 'Susan' were generally known to be lazy especially in the kitchen .... so the employers referred them as 'Lazy Susan" 😀

I feel like this house is perfect. Everything about it from top to bottom I love. My only issue is that o can see the neighbors. I feel like for thag price point, I should only to seeing my neighbours from afar. Maybe the price of land in this location is the issue but I definitely believe this house deserves a bigger plot Otherwise, amazing presentation. The attention to detail is spot on. You guys go into detail and explain every aspect of the property and I appreciate that. Special shout out to Willis because his commentary is accurate and funny 😂

Any developer who uses foreign currency to price their property should be avoided at all costs. Nice property but lacking outdoor space for the price ata kama ni Lavington. Top notch quality can be seen through the entire property.

@11:20. The only thing i'd change is the metal partition on the staircase. I'd would use the wooded type in the homes across, that you have featured in another video. Also the thing hanging over the kitchen Island, can hit someones head if they are sitting at the Island. It's also a barrier for conversation between people sitting at the Island. Otherwise this is my favorite contemporary home in Nairobi of this caliber.

I agree with comment that for this price you should not be able to see your neighbors. But as always the architecture and your presentation are great. I was talking to a architect/ philosopher and he told me how architecture is a reflection of where a society is heading. I love to architecture in and throughout Africa especially the new high-rise buildings in Nairobi and Dar es Salem, quite artistic. In the US everything in dull, drab and boring. Tells you kind of where the different societies are heading

Nice interior but to me it gives a feeling of being inside a small high end hotel.

I thought Alina Villas were the best, but the interior of this one is so cozy, yet contemporary still. I wonder who this bulider/developer is. They did a great great job. So did the interior designer

However, I don’t think they am an afford Enes 😂 Kenyans are used to cheap things and Enes is expensive, kama sisi wanashidwa kutu afford, no Enes wataweka kweli? But we are getting there. This should be the standard of construction for real estate in Kenya. Let me guess... the person who did the kitchen cabinetry and tiling did the bathrooms as well. Only caveat is the architect ended up with a lot of unused spaces which become monotonous and repetitive in the home but was smart enough to include elevators to access all these spaces with ease especially for old worn out legs. The only downside of this house is its location. Such would be the modern home to perch on a hill overlooking a valley or out in the field in places like Nanyuki for viewing the scenery and mountains.
