The real problem with jbl is the lack of replacement availability.
De lo peor jbl el servicio al cliente a bajado al 0 compre 10 srx 815 y 2 828 todos ellos dejaron de funcionar y lo unico que pedi fueron partes y me dijo un representante de jbl botalos Ala basura por que no hay parte no lo pude creer que ibl tratara a sus clientes asi de lo peor de ahi escribi una Carta a jbl por lo sucedido y me llamo un representante que me tubo pasando El tiempo y nunca me ayudo pero cuando les deje saver que cambie todos los parlantes por otra marca me ofrecieron ayudar si alguien quiere Los parlantes llos regalo son basura de lo peor nunca pedi que me dieran nada gratis solo queria comprar Las partes y que me digan no hay botalos Ala basura por que confiar en jbl

@@MrKelvinAC A company I tech for the odd time is looking at these... We’re going to shoot them out w my meyer rig, and his qsc kla rig... I’m sure a decision will be clear after that, one way or another

@@scalt7 Samsung doesn't control jbl; they left that to Harman. JBL is still JBL. The acoustic technologies they use are still best in class and hasn't changed. Samsung isn't making decisions for jbl, they just overview Harman and give them more funding.

JBL Pro (by Harman) and JBL for domestic market (under Samsung control) are too far apart from each other
