Motocross Action Magazine finds all the secrets on Hunter Lawrence's Factory Honda CRF250R race bike with mechanic Cameron Camera in the pits of Supercross. Hunter is one of the premiere riders in the 250 class and rides his Honda CRF250R to its full potential. This bike is littered with factory parts including a Honda steering stabilizer, works clamps, titanium axles, electric water pump, HRC brake pedal, wrapped material around the battery box, tons of data acquisition, custom foot peg position, titanium fuel tank, custom Dunlop tires, Factory Connection Suspension, and much much more. This is one of the most detailed bike videos we have done to date. If you want to know what makes a factory bike any different from the one you buy on the showroom floor...this is the video for you!

Cameron the mechanic did a great job explaining everything on the bike.
Cameron one fantastic machanic for factory honda great review thanks 👍
Excellent details and great explanation as to why. 👍👍
Gives more info than most. Those pegs are savage... R/master cover is a good idea. Going to copy that one.
This is my Favorite Factory 250F ... PERIOD.. Sorry Blu Cru .. And I own a YZ ... 🤪🤪.. Thnx MXA 👊 👍
Work of art 🤩
Wish all the mechanics gave inside info like this guy. Really good over view of this work of art.
That bike is awsum
I will have one of these bikes one day
Sorry star, I’m all in on this bad boy
Love my 2024
Would be nice to get a factory edition 250 from the Japanese bikes
I’m happy Honda got rid of the stupid double exhaust.

I concur. I hated it! Dual exhausts do not belong on a motocross bike.
O2 sensor. When are production bikes going to have closed loop fi?
I noticed you have the front sprocket tied, I know its probably just a proctionary thing for you guy, I just bought my son a '23 250r and I don't want his to back out, he has a friend he races with, he has a '22 250rx and his bolt did back out a few weeks ago during a race... so is that bolt a in house bolt or is there somewhere it can be bought? Awesome video thank you
Wonder if you’d do a Jet one, and if they’d ever tried the others bike?
Hunter has a nice bike’ because he likes that!😅
Love these videos, but they would be much more appealing with the rider and mechanic there! Just a thought
What does the hose that's connected to the rear brake do?
I want to lower the subframe also, both the top attachment and the lower attachment. Can someone just have Cameron Camera give me a call real quick? LOL
Could you, please, tell where to get Honda steering stabilizer which would fit 2022 Honda CRF250R and how to install it?

..I have an steering stabilizer from an 08 CRF450 but can not mount it because there is no attachment on the new crf250r ..
I thought for sure they'd be running Works Connection radiator braces 🤷🏼♂️ Maybe for ease of maintenance? Because they do have to be installed/re-installed a very particular way. What do you guys think? I just put a set on my Kawi 250, very sturdy, and very light as well 👌🏻
Hunters dirty, next barcia
i find it funny hes secretive about the subframe and footpeg differences when a lot of other teams just tell you. its all personal preference like Hunter having his subframe lowered 5mm for example wont make someone who does that mod any faster😂 like ricky it was well known his subframe was lowered a lot but he was a midget so it was like whatever

That’s what I was thinking lol

True, except they aren't trying to hide it from you and I .... it is the other teams with similar talent that they do not want to give an edge to.
Does anyone know what the grip tape is on the frame and plastics? 🤔

You mentioned the answer in your own question, lol. Grip. More grip 👌🏻

FLASH 16:14 , OH CHECK THIS OUT 16:18 , FLASH 16:22
Never gonna beat the Star Yamaha with that heavy assed non drilled chain........
How much that one now?
the worst thing honda ever made was the starter button holy shit i bought a 21' and swear to god first "crash" it broke off
I'm not sure if this was good or bad..lol makes it sound like if you run your bike hard for 64 minutes..you gotta replace everything just about..you just paid 8 grand for your new bike..because you don't race and get free chit..well few rides later everything is worn out..lmfao durability not a thing or...
Weird. Every other vehicle in the world, "factory" means unmodded.
