Underrated

This isn't an autopsy, it's emergency surgery! Cozmo is reassembled at 7:50 and wakes up from surgery dazed but fine! Great reference for repair in case Cozmo ever has a medical issue. Thank you!

I've been trying to find a video about this, I would like to replace some of the casing for a custom look.

I saw the Number P161212 on the battery during the video (a short shot), but that might help you. There is another video that actually shows battery replacement. I ended up ordering a 3.7V 400mAh 522332 Lipo Battery Rechargeable Lithium Polymer ion Battery Pack (Which looks like the right size, I hope it is not too fat) I went with 400mAh over another thiner one with 300mAh (which I believe that the original battery is a 300mAh pack.), but I always say, more is better.) 7:12 - legendary idea. I just replaced my grandson's battery and am starting reassembly. The idea to remove the charging hardware would have made soldering in the new battery MUCH easier.

Sadly it did not.. A board level "replacing chips" repair is coming out someday. Eventually...

Did you ever fix the motor problem? My son's Cosmo does the same thing minus any zombie mode. Did you find a way to fix without tearing it apart?

What is the battery's mAh rating? There's no way of checking the voltage properly with a multi-meter so the battery is going to wear out fast and will need replacing after 1-3 years or so.
