Thank you for a fantastic critique of the amazing Dior exhibition at the V&A. Thank you again for pointing out the stunning work of John Galliano. Even though he left Dior engulfed in a controversy entirely of his own making, his work speaks for itself - and what a legacy. I recall walking through the exhibition and thinking time and time again, about how distinctive his style was, and how his work stood out. A brilliant first among equals if you like. I do not think Dior will ever quite scale of height of creative endurance, drama and brilliance while under the direction of Galliano.

I love the Galliano croc skin skirt in his reimagining of the classic Dior silhouette. This is a great video.

Thank you so much for this! As much as I am grateful for this upload, I'm still so depressed I couldn't see this exhibit first hand. With only a couple days in London, I went all the way to the V&A only to realise that it was a ticket based exhibit that had already been completely sold out. That was so sad but at least I could see a bit of the museum (also missed out on getting David Downton's limited dior print at the gift shop cuz it closed as soon as we got there nooooooo).

Nice doc but I find it disrespectful that Monsiuer Dior is referred to just as Christian at times in the dialogue.
