I mean, with all due respect, Daphne used to host Urban Zone when Julia was still a child. And, I believe Daphne also has a degree in Urban Planning from Canada. So yeah, she knows her stuff.

I think this is my most favorite house that Presello presented. I also love how these girls presented it, they didn't how to miss a detail.

It's very Filipino and I can tell the family who lived there will be a strong and happy family, it feels so cozy it will definitely help you get away from stress

This house is definitely a work of art. It doesn't look at all like it was built on a budget. It's so beautiful and sophisticated that it seemed like budget was the last thing on their mind when they were designing and building this home. Oh and all those antique furniture and reclaimed pieces are just absolutely exquisite.

Very airy, light, practical, sustainable. Hindi magastos sa kuryente kasi mahangin at mailaw. Very homey. Tapos filipino-spanish style pa. Hindi mukhang masyadong old hindi din mukhang masyadong modern. Ganda. Yung bahay na pang bahay talaga na titirahan... 💖

New fan here. Spent the past days following Julia in different houses. Some houses are pretty, just pretty. I mean they are just made for looking. This one is something else. It is made for living--in style and character. Genius architect. Lucky owners.

A modern tropical residential. This is the best so far that I had seen. Kudos to the Architect and the designer!

This house is everything!!! My new fave!! 😍 Sarap tirahan then wala ng babaguhin na kahit ano. Ventilation, minimalist, plants, vintage vibe!! EVERYTHINGGG AHHH

Looks like a little hacienda outside and tropical resort inside especially on the upper level of the house😊

I enjoy the hosts but I’d love to see different angles of the house and more focused shots on the views they are seeing and also details/texture/furniture pieces that they are mentioning rather than quick short glances and zoom ins. Please focus more on the details of the house/furniture as own separate shots. Still, great tour Presello! This may be one of my favorite houses that’s why I’d love to see more.

I totally agree on this one. The camera should also focus on such areas of the house and the fixtures used while the host is describing it on the background instead of following around the host para mas ma-i-present yung kabuuan ng bahay.

I would prefer the architect guiding the host(s) to the house to better explain the details of the house. The host(s) would just be there to ask questions. Of course, it's even better if the homeowner was the guide but it's not gonna happen in PH where security is in an issue.

Yes I always wish their regular host would know more about architectural details and interior design so her comments would have more substance. At least Daphne knows more.

No need to focus on the furniture unless you want to copy them. The main focus is the house itself, furnitures are just accessories

@@carmelagarin8645 Sometimes it makes for interesting presentation if you talk about what is the story behind the choice of furniture, not the furniture itself. Those are wonderful details which only the homeowner and the architect can express.

The most beautiful house I’ve seen , nothing compare to those big mansion , a full of characters if I build another house i like this architectural design 😍

Wow!! This is the longest house tour that I've watched that is not boring that I didn't bother to skip. The house has so much character and history, it looks like houses of Hollywood celebrities featured in magazines. Daphne is so knowledgeable, hope to see her more on your vlog!

I love houses that gives attention to direction particularly where the wind blows, the sun rises and where the sun sets.

This is by far the best house I've seen with Presello. It has this nostalgic feeling but at the same time it felt new.

This is my favorite house so far. I usually don't like houses that's not modern but this is an exemption. Every piece is an art. It was filled with details that is cohesive and not overwhelming. It has the museum and resort vibe (plants, natural light, ventilation) which makes it relaxing. Plus it's very Filipino and sustainable. More houses like this please! 😍

Let me just say, this house is really the best I've seen so far. The pieces, details , furniture, leaves me in awe. Owners have earthy, sophisticated taste and are pretty grounded. Shouts Taurus vibes! Really Magical!!!

I love the design inside and outside the house. It has its own character and i think its because of the re-owned furnitures. The size is not big and not also small but they really maximize the space. I believe the structural design also intented to save electrical energy. As you can see in the video, the air can easily flow in and out of the house. Moreover, the skylight roofing provides sunlight to almost the entire house. Easy airflow and natural sunlight - when you think of it, it really saves a LOT of electricity.😃👌 Lastly, the house doesn't feel like "just" a house. It feels like home where you can relax and be with your family. This house is an example that you don't to spend a lot of money to make your house beautiful. Kudos to the architect and to the owner 👏👏👏. Its really a pleasure for us viewers to see the tour of this house. Now a lot of viewers are dreaming to have this kind of house also. And im one of that😄. ✨ MANIFESTING✨

The owners seem to really know what they want from the beginning (hence the doors prior the construction) and had excellent execution from Imagimax to turn their vision into reality. Can't count how many times I've watched/re-watched this house tour video. Congratulations to the lucky home owners and great job Imagimax and Arch Miko! AMAZING! I'd love to live in a house designed something like this, maybe a scaled down version though, cause I clean my own house so it needs to be "manageable". haha! But the design is just sooo good, obviously the owner's own chosen pieces adds much character. This kinda gives me a African-colonial feel, with Filipino touches.
