INSIDE America’s Private Jet Airline | The JSX Experience
Today I’m flying on the Worlds Cheapest Private Jet…. and it only cost me $99!
I’m starting my journey in Las Vegas, specifically a private jet hanger on the edge of McCarran international airport. Considering my ticket cost so little what have I got myself into.
So some background then…
JSX previously known as JetSuiteX is headquartered in Dallas and operates 14 aircraft. Set out to create a response to customers needing efficient short haul travel at a low cost… it’s often touted as private jet travel at the price of coach.
Todays aircraft over to OAK: Embraer ERJ-135LR fitted out in the stunning JSX livery and refreshed interior.

I've flown them a few times and it's life changing. Like you said no TSA no need to arrive an hour or two early, no large airport to navigate, and you are allowed to check 2 bags - for free. You hop on the plane, it's a quick, friendly flight with complimentary beverage & snack service, then hop off and your on your way with your day. It's great!

I love JSX, I actually went from OC to LAS round-trip a few days before this video was uploaded. The return flight there were only 3 passengers so it really felt like a private flight. I used them pre-covid for the same route and the lounge was better. Turned out they moved their Las Vegas terminal and they said the current style was temporary.

I remember dropping my son off there 4-5 years ago at Jet Suite X which cost $50 one way. I believe JSX is the same company. He loved the speed and convenience.

Thanks for this amazing video. BTW they sell economy tickets for this route on JSX for as low as $75 if booked a couple of months in advance.
I‘d love to know about the economics of how they can make flights so cheap. Are their airport fees lower? Or do they just fly more frequently as they can more efficiently on/off-board passengers?
I actually flew with them for the first time last Sunday and was thoroughly impressed.. The Phoenix staff was excellent from check in to take off..The check in was so much better and LESS STRESSFUL which is a game changer for me…I didn’t like the Vegas lounge at all it was very unkempt yesterday and I’m not sure how it will be as the temperature goes up in the summer in the southwest… we shall see as I’m booked again next month 😅 All in all I loved the experience and will travel again via JSX between PHX, Vegas and the Bay Area!
I’ve actually used this service (Oakland to Burbank). I would probably use it again to get to LA again (I live in San Francisco).

This is nice! Thanks for the tip. I’ve passed along to my sister. I live a few hours from Houston now (used to live in Dallas/ft worth). This will be an airline I’ll want to checkout!

Cool review and love the "private terminal experience"! I haven't tried JSX yet, but I'm hoping to sometime this year, maybe a quick trip from Dallas to Houston for the fun of it..haha. That route is also showing $99 each way right now.

OHHH Such an AWESOME Video and a Great Review! In spite of one of the quickest Loo Reviews ever :-) I honestly have never considered JSX at all! When going to Vegas usually coming from LA - main option has always been driving for 4 + hours with the risk of being caught going over the speed limit and actually feeling spent upon arrival! Such a great option! Keep em coming Will!

Their flight selection has easily tripled since your video, flying as far afield as Westchester in New York, Miami and even Cabo San Lucas... I love the idea... Having flown in and out of McCarran (now Harry Reid International) about a dozen times in the last 8 years I can say, the two mile stroll to the baggage claim sucks for the walking disabled (a.k.a. me). During COVID I also ended up pushing mom's wheelchair to and from the gates to avoid waiting for help for two hours.
Wow ! The speed , comfort and relaxed manner is how travelling SHOULD be and needs to go back to....travelling needs to be FUN again, like this!
Looks cool. Definitely want to try it out. Curious though at what point does a "private" jet become.commercial and subject to TSA requirements?
You made a cool video this is my first time hearing about this private jet plane I definitely have to look into it
Well damn. That looks awesome. Gonna have to look into it!
Thanks for the review. been meaning to try this
Another concise and informative vid. Thanks!!!
The convenience of flying private with a domestic economy plus seat for less than basic economy prices. Seems like a win in my book
It's really funny for me to see this. I work in the airline industry, I handle the parts that go on these planes every day. I didn't realize that this is their industry
Great video, bro. I plan on moving to Vegas soon and this will be my short haul air carrier to and from the surrounding cities. Thanks for sharing.

great video, its a great experience with JSX. My only nit-pick is using the world cheapest, cheap is ryanair and easy, JSX is a premium-semi private experience at a inexpensive price, not selling scratchers and bags of crisps on the way to Athens, huge difference, I know I know it's just wording haha. Thanks for taking us along on another great video!
Our family lives in the Phoenix area, and this looks like a really appealing option to SoCal & Vegas! Thanks so much.

@@michaelsmith5769 I deleted my prior post because I looked at JFX fares and from DAL-LV there are ZERO fares on any day of the week less than $250+ and there are dozens of Southwest flights available at least 4 days a week for less than $129 most of the time. People are paying a LOT of money just to skip security and airport lines while giving up flexibility of "when" they can fly. I also noticed they fly under FAR less stringent FAA "rules" meaning safety could well be a concern as they have little to no track record and are flying mostly outdated planes that were sold out of fleet by AA, Delta and United. Also noticed at least two pilots interviewed by a youtuber appeared to be around 30 yrs old with less than 5000 flight hours. NO THANKS I'll take the former military pilots with 40K+ miles on far more sophisticated aircraft than at some "flight school" in Florida.
flew oakland to seattle about 20 times with them when it was still one of the flights that they offered. was cheap and just so easy to use.
It’s so good I go like every couple of weeks from Dallas to Austin and it only takes like 35 mins.

There are no direct AA flights from LAS into SFO - you have to connect in LAX or maybe PHX

Just a suggestion, try JSX through Dallas. Only aircraft they operate in that side if the network is the E145 in a 1-1 config.

5:37 not reclining because there is somebody behind, that is so nice. I was in Bombardier Q400 flight and me being 6’1 my knees were squeezed against the seat in front of me. And then the person had tried reclining their seat, but since my legs were jammed, the seat didn’t budge thank fully. (For any non av-geeks, a Bombardier Q400 is a small airliner and commonly used for short, domestic flights. The seats are tightly packed and low ceiling, so it’s a tall person’s nightmare.)
Great Video. Thanks

Respect to you for your ethic of not reclining. 😊 That is something that I have reacted to when the ignoramus seated in front of me has dropped his/her seat backrest without warning. Most recently on a flight where an equipment change moved us from Premium Economy to Economy, and a glass of red wine was dumped on me. The airline paid-up.
