I think pretty much everything in this house is custom. the interior designer was Cesar Giraldo.

Stunning interior and back yard, but the front of the house looks like a medical/office building. Tag Front is amazing, but I'm not feeling the front design. The fact that there's little to no frontage and the front door is literally feet from the street, makes 68 million a tough sell to say the least. That interior design is incredible. Thank you for the comment. I think the lot being Hillside and steep poses some challenges forcing the building to be set close to the road and horizontally built over 3 floors. The exterior design is certainly different, futuristic and industrial looking with a lot of use of metal and glass. It's very different to what we typically see in the Luxury Los Angeles Real Estate Market.
I could think of better things to spend £68 million on. 🤷♂️😂

Most newly built properties at this price point include turf. Better for security, drought resistant, more affordable long term, etc.
Do you know who is doing the acoustic ceilings in the cinema room. Already asked the architect but did not get any answer ? Thx

I couldn't tell you. I know the Architects Tag Front use similar acoustic ceiling in a few projects I've seen. Its pretty unique.

Major issue I noticed is that the bedrooms are spread out all over the place. Three on top floor, 1 on middle floor, and 5 on bottom floor.

It's a big issue with many of these larger homes. Having multiple floors and laying out the bedrooms is a huge task for interior designers. Some do a great job while others, not so much.

This house is not cosy. It feels cold
not bad, but who the fk making this fake grass again and again??? someone made it ones - it sucks, its not luxury. that should be over, but they do it again and again... buy gardener to cut grass and thats it! wtf...
