I've scrolled at first to the comments and read all these praising comments. Then I watched the video. This house is truly amazing. If I had money I would buy it in a moment without hesitation. Space, backyard, patio, cottage.... my god, it's absolutely incredible.

We are regular visitors, from the U.S., to Banff. Since it is a national park, I am sure there are restrictive building codes, and probably no available property to recreate something like this. I am very familiar with this property, and it’s location is *chef’s kiss*

Hi CN, thanks for the question, A rough estimate of property tax based is just under 6k/year but you would of course want to double check this, and the electrical/heating/maintenance should fall in or just above the municipal average. The listing details which appliances are included (This is typically Kitchen appliances and such) while furniture is not usually part of the sale this is something that can be negotiated on.
