Thanks for the tour inside! I was only able to peek in during SPW (missed the tours), but was able to enjoy the tea tasting on the deck. Disappointed not seeing you there! Thought I might meet you in person! Enjoyed all your contents, both the camping experience videos and the pace of your review videos, and looking forward to your future content!

I saw the Jyubako at last year's SPW but just the outside, so I was wondered the inside. It's pretty cool. I think this could be a good choice for lodging on a trip to Long Beach or Astoria. Thank you for sharing!

That’s a fantastic place. They did a really beautiful job on the jyubaco. It reminds of a camp ground on the east coast, in which this couple made tiny cabins like that. So when my husband and I were going to move to North Carolina, there was an 1870s house on two acres we wanted. And I was going to build small cottages like the one you showed ( about 3 of them) in the back for people to stay. But unfortunately we didnt get to move there. But, they are perfect little cabins, I really like it. Yes, you and your family need to go there often.

Thanks for such an in depth look at the Jyubako! Since you had a weekend stay, how did you find the Ofuro experience? Their website says they're only open Monday to Friday, 9AM-9PM so it's a bit disappointing that you can only realistically use it for 6 hours for a Friday to Sunday trip.

The Ofuro is open those same hours during the weekend as well. You pick a time slot during check in, which limits the number of guests using it at the same time. I found this system worked pretty well during the crowded weekend and we still got 3 Ofuro sessions in during our stay. I’m hoping during the off season you can just use it without reservation but we’ll see. Thank you for watching!
