Great videos everytime! I wish you could have included some of the buildings amenities in 15 Central Park West. I love that building.

In NYC, the cost of properties isn’t a big deal. The most important points are more about tax and hoa. Once I saw an apartment for 1million, and tax and hoa are 15,000 per month. By 5.5 years, it will be already the amount of the property...

Nearly 11 minutes of pictures that were very briefly shown and then on to the next very brief pic. It was hard get any real sense of the property's layout with this presentation. The music was also pretty overpowering.

omg 15 million dollars is not expensive at all compared to other apartments in new york, they could've said it was 25 million dollars, and it would be understandable

Probably something like $100,000 a month.

the difference in nyc---you get less, pay more for it, and have no where to park. looking over old buildings at a static skyline, crowded, smelly and pretentious. don't tell them, they are so wrapped up in their own minds. very unimpressive. just plain, grey, white and w/out form.
