Another wow house from Toll Brothers. The light coming in is fantastic. It’s amazing how they can come up with such great designs.

One of the most beautiful homes out there. Great taste in design!

I notice a difference in the interior design between the Toll Brothers homes of California, Utah, and Las Vegas. IMO the design and decor that suits my taste best is California, then Utah and LV in last place. I find California design more cozy without being over the top farmhouse. And there seems to be more models in Cali with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. I like the Utah models because many have a finished walk-out basement. Love the design and decor of this model. I always thought I preferred all floors, cabinets and tiles to match throughout the house for a more cohesive look, but Toll Brothers designers are changing my mind. When done right according to a specific tone and palette a mix of materials gives a beautiful layered look.

Visited this model.What you are looking at is all upgrades, for the price you get just walls and basics. No extra built-in’s like what’s shown in the garage for example or the kitchenette in the downstairs bedroom, or the kitchen cabinets that are built up to the ceiling, or the office built in & most likely not even the floor to ceiling windows. Even when walking up to the house it’s all upgrade exterior options. The house is beautiful layout but looks nothing like what you see when you purchase unless you opt to pay up an extra $250,000 - $350,000 + cuz that’s what your really looking at. And remember you don’t get the same views as shown in the models unless you pay up for a lot with views. Also consider you get a dirt lot and the models show finished yards with costs of $100,000 +. Just to get the outside covered patio space off the master is Approx. $40,000 extra for that one feature. Also if you want a slightly larger lot you have to pay premium prices as well. Conclusion if you’ve got an extra million or two million lying around on top of these premium based priced homes you’ll be be able to afford what you see.

I understand the last sentence was a bit exaggerated, but otherwise - spot on! The modes are heavily upgraded at Toll Brothers. to avoid the copyright infrindgement you could do the audio in post. I recognize this house from another youtube tour. That artist on the wall in the loft is Taylor Swift, wasn't sure if you actually didn't know or that was a joke as you aren't a fan, but sounded like you didn't know. Crazy how basically anything that makes it look pretty isn't included, as shown in your other videos where you tour the model and then a house with the same floor plan but little to no upgrades.

Porter ranch is around 1.175% but it does vary. Another great area is Santa Clarita, the taxes are similar and away from the bad areas of the Valley! I did some tours of homes out there, let me know what you think!

I think 1.5 million. A lot of houses are being built above Rinaldi near the Vineyards. Most of the new houses range from 1.3 to 2.1 million.
