Yeah, that's a major problem I see with most developers nowadays. Very few prioritize trees and green spaces with is a shame. Trees really enhance the beauty of a property not to mention cool and clean the air.

Men, this is really beautiful and well designed. The exterior and inside design is good. The architect doing Ruiru mansions is really good compared to Kitengela guys. If I wanted a house, Ruiru would be my place to look.

Another beautiful house. Not a lot of room around the house for greenery. Will prefer an island in the kitchen and a larger space for a double door fridge. Balcony is a little narrow. Couldn't properly assess the owner's bathroom since it's yet to be furnished. Generally it's a beautiful house. Please continue with this type of content. Your presentation is again on point.
