60 miles from Chicago but worth it. Crazy price for such a beautiful yet unknown part of illinois.

Very cozy place - this is how HOME should look, not the cold, artificial, hyper-modern villas full of sharp edges that look like something for androids. This one is much more welcoming. Price seems good too. Nice place :-)

Bull Valley? Lived in the suburbs of Chicago my entire life and have never heard of Bull Valley. Huh.

Nice price. Love the seclusion. Hate to have to rake the leaves🤣🤣. Great kitchen,, lots of space to show off the culinary skills. Lots of space for my dogs and could get a couple of ATVs

To think that for this price one will get a one-bed studio apartment in London. 😁 Anyway, the reclaimed wooden beams are a stunning feature together with the brown tones all around the house. A great presentation on a great estate Andrei. 👌

This Property Would Definitely Have a Stables Built ( With an Indoor Arena) , Plus a Guest Cottage built upon it- I Need to Personally Visit This Property! ( Perhaps there is also some adjoining Acreage that Could Be Bought!) I Truly am Interested In This PROPERTY!!!!!
