hi, i just got admission to gottingen, and your videos are a lifesaver 💕 I have a small doubt, did you travel alone to gottingen, like how did you arrange pickup from the airport? does the university help with that?… i’m travelling alone for the first time, so i’m very nervous.

Hey, I totally get you. Yes I came alone. Yes it was a bit stressful because I had excess luggage. But to answer your question, no there is no airport pick up from the university. I advise you buy the 49€ ticket ahead of time so you can use it to take the trains. If you can’t get the ticket from Nigeria. You can buy one at the train station. Since you’re new I advice you buy the ICE ticket it’s a bit pricey but it will save you time and the possibility of getting lost, as against the regular trains that do multiple connections or stops. The ICE from Frankfurt comes straight to Göttingen, then when you arrive you can hire a taxi from the train station to your accommodation.
