So do most cities. I am in gorgeous Vancouver, Canada and it’s no different. Sadly we don’t provide the support, treatment and care to people in need and we wonder why problems get worse on the street.
this feels strangely affordable? New York has ruined me.

Lol right! It is priced well for the area. In the peak of the market a year and a half ago it probably would have been a lot closer to $8M
A shame that whomever remodeled it ruined it.

@@kevinswanigan Too modernized, all the painted woodwork....l realize it's a matter of personal taste, but l prefer the warmth and charm of historical homes as close as possible to their original state. If people want to update great. But don't paint and tear up a classic old home! Go find a more modern home, and tear it up! Delighted to have found yours channel! ❤️

@@janewasson4845 Very true. I thought it was a good blend but like you said opinions will vary. It’s a fine line when trying to update a home while keeping its historic charm/character…most people fail miserably!

@@kevinswanigan That's for sure! Do the research first! Those fine Victorians there, for examine: how many of them have sadly been torn apart, and history lost for good?
I would never use u or want u to do anything for me because u used Gods name in vain. What as God ever done to u for u to take His name in vain to u. I truly feel sorry for u
