The outside is special

Beautiful and practical home. Although that coffee maker right outside the master is a mistake, those things are so loud.

Sam you share some of the most beautiful homes one couldn't even dream of. Many to much to soak in, But do you have anything for two 60 year old who want 99% of the home on one floor? It's nice to have a mother-in-law attached but not over the garage. The other bedrooms would accommodate Family or guess. Maybe 3/4 acre secluded with private gate and tree lined. Covered patio, and pool and small area for gardening. I know I placed a lot on the table. But the confidence in your skills I know you'll impress even a guy with my request. Again you're a talented and gifted man and I appreciate your efforts. Again thank you and all the staff, they present a relaxing guided tour and answer questions before you ask. I think guided tours coupled with an expansion to other cities would propel this channel into a TRUE cash cow. BTW Sam is getting buff. With his fine ass. 🤤

I love the building site but how much land, whats the price? I like a steam shower and i cook so a water fixture over the stove would be nice. I thought the kitchen over the garage could have used some cabinets and or shelves over the stove and washer and dryer. the counter space on the end of that w/D would have been more practicle between the stove and w/D. why no ventilation and back splash in the above garage kitchen. I guess I should reserve my comments until the project is complete. I love the site, garage space and grounds.

You did say 3 acres at the beginging the video, I misssed, my appologies to you. Will there be closet space in the garage apt? maybe missed that too.

The house is nice nevertheless I don’t like the main entry, the retaining wall is too heavy and massive, the office looks like regular warehouse office, the brick color doesn’t look good and I don’t see wall pattern or design, the laundry has better view that the master bedroom…..

Probably one of my least favorite houses on your channel. The entry feels very unwelcoming, the office is tiny and low quality, and the design aesthetics feel cold. And are those 8' ceiling on the main level? They fee very low
