This is a beautiful Hollywood Hill house. The view of downtown LA from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom are wonderful. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining room.

good thing to know about the attached to the property making it part of the listing. The tenants in my current home tried to take the ceiling fans but that is not allowed so they stayed with the house when I brought it from the previous owner.
