This isn't Europe.
Everything looks nice but if 25 min away from the beach then it would be better deal to have more privacy and be with a nature. Yes, a little bit expansive without a land, plus HOA feels, but prices are skyrocketing, so I guess it is acceptable value.

@@USAOpenHouse I know it is, but interest rates are rising what to do now if I want to built a house in Naples area. What is the price now, after interest rates have risen, per sqft from low to high range, on the lot own by owner. Planing for building, so it is good to know today's situation. Thank you.

It's called open house living. In Australia open living is very popular. For family that have children it's very practical arrangement.
