I love how the owner utilized colour, shapes and size of accessories and furniture. He made average spacing not seem so average. And the combination of colour schemes for detailing of blues, browns, greys and black were so appropriate in a west facing apartment, made it feel calm and relaxing and not too overly bright..it's appropriately masculine and if I lived in the UK I'd put an offer on that place in a heartbeat...Great job and presentation!..👍🙏🌟😎

Great tour, as professional as always! This is a very nice property, nicely decorated a well. I would probably change the black wall but that's me. I find the area fascinating. It wouldn't be my permanent residence but as far as urban city living goes, it's up there with New-York and Singapore alike.

Incredible apartments, can't wait to see penthouses. One Park Drive is my favourite building in Wood Wharf . Would like to know the yearly maintenance fees, sometimes they're crazy money.

I always wondered about the interior and layout. I stroll past this building most Sundays now on my way to Sunday roast at the Hawksmoor restaurant around the corner. Any chance of the impact and audible sound proof specs. Thanks.
