Reminds me of the LA and Miami homes I see on Netflix 🔥🔥🔥. Absolutely magnificent 😍. I love the implementation of the modern design. Love how spacious the house is. The placing of the swimming pool is perfect. The kitchens are definitely my favourite part because of how simple yet classy they are designed. 10s across the board

This is awesome ! love the finishes (both exterior and interior). Just not a fan of white paint(love colors) . Love the automated garage has a very Los Angeles vibe to it!

That’s the cost of a door in the USA due to the hundreds of thousands of hands that have to touch it and upsell the last person. But mostly due to the conversion rate there being so craxy . 100 naira (the currency there) is like .70 cent in us ,so $100 is almost like 250k

We have 2 family room which are also optional to turn them into what you want. We have a dsq but I didn't feature it. Anyway I respect your opinion
I am rather disappointed that a guest walks through the WALK IN CLOSET from the garage. That was luck of creativity from interior design architect.

@@priterhomesrealestate Objectively Live: 1- I'm assuming that the property is in a gated community as there was no provision for a guard at the gate. 2. Busy at work and you forget that ur wife informed you of her parents coming over for the w/end. Coming home late from the golf club, using ur posh garage , stumble upon ur In- Laws carrying out their congical rights. (what's the discussion on the b/fast table in the a.m? 3. Wife is in the kitchen whipping up ur favourite dish - Matumbo/Omena. You walk in with ur colleagues from India and the "whole" house stinks. 4. Ur pals are over for the w/end to "bless" ur new "palace". Everyone is enjoying the bar area, but everyone has to compete for the only guestroom with ur wife's pals (who happen to be holding a chama meeting at the same time) 5. There appears to be no laundry area,neither is there an S/Q. .... Not finished yet, #2 reloading shortly. 6.Where do the guests change if they wish to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool? 7. I have seen better quality internal doors in other developments shown on this site - South C for example and for less than quarter of the asking price
