Darren, you’re such an accomplished Backwards Walker. Can I ask, when you’re practicing on your treadmill, do you have a special Backwards Walking treadmill? Or do you just turn around and face the other way?

That back yard is awesome. Have always wondered about the max depth of the pools in these beautiful homes, you do great tours of.
I love this house, my favourite bedroom has the biggest balcony. Ioved the sloping basin in the downstairs powder room too. The outdoor table and chairs in the niche would make a great breakfast area. If I were rich enough, I would buy the vacant lot and incoporate in into the garden.

I love the entry way(the floating glass desk)The ground floor powder room looks great with the black and gold contrasting each other.Whoosh and speaking of the ground the brown white woodwork really compliments the kitchen and living room making it a beau.Moreover the sparkling tropical pool is just divine .However i do not like the changing floors in the bathrooms especially the rusted ones in the laundry.I have to say i was kinda expecting more in the upstairs due to the price.

Great Master Bathroom. Great his and hers or his and his, or hers and hers or single fall winter/spring summer walk in closet. I also loved the house across the street when you were on the large balcony. Also is the lot next to the house for sale? Nice tour and great shoot in the hoop.

Went for a walk around the neighborhood today and noticed this home is once again up for sale. Such a nice, nice place. Empty lot next to it is going to be developed with 2 new mansions. Cant believe this place is up for sale again.

Home sold for $5.2 mil. Great location in Encino. As an Encino resident, I can totally vouch for this. Walk to the best breakfast/brunch place in Los Angeles - More Than Waffles.

Price is too much
Small rooms, "2" car garage and no luxury. Unacceptable, outrageous and robbery for this price! You probably want to add a guest house about the same size if you want to sell it.
