Much higher quality interior decor than usual. People seem to have forgotten colours exist, and this is a very welcome change from the usual monotonous black-gray-white colour palette of these places.

Agreed, the crushed velvet carpets with grey walls were different to begin with but are fast becoming the new magnolia walls with brown carpets imo. Great to see some proper design.

It’s to help present the flat and make it appealing to buyers. It’s marketing. It’s possibly hired and won’t come with the flat (my assumption only).

Apparen tly the interior designer feel that owners want a 'corporate' colour scheme to make them feel at home when they're away from the office?

The olive green colour is sooo good.

Was a hostel a few years ago only. One extreme to another .... But stunning place.

This is a GEM. This is one of my favorite places you have reveiewed.

Holborn tube is closer than Tottenham Court Road, I walked past this building going to work for about 5 years. Its not too bad an area and close to lots of good pubs

This apartment reminds me of a new build office I used to work in, in London Bridge. Giving me office vibes. The utility room in white makes it look cheaper then the rest of the decor.

A great apartment! I L O V E the use of color! What a refreshing change! It's pricey as can be, but you're literally in the center of everything. It's all about location, location and location. The corridor behind the kitchen seems like a complete waste of space. Otherwise, a great apt in an amazing neighborhood. Thank you very much. Keep up the great work!

Considering the location, square footage internal & external and tasteful interior, this is a quite reasonable price.

I don't know if I like the green, but I must say it's a unique and very classy use of 'green' - everything from Summer's jacket, to the sofas, to the walls - again, I wouldn't pick it, but the interior designer did a fantastic job of drawing everything together around that one central color that otherwise would look drab without the work of skilled designer

Well done for mentioning the floors and paint colours, no one hardly does that.

As a Londoner....I see all the things and reasons for the (outlandish) £££ for a 3 bed apartment with no garden set in Covent Garden. But to people not from London this probably seems like absolute madness even if the place is built to such a beautiful spec!! 😂 Also....living in London, especially if you live in an apartment....no matter where you go you will always have the mix and match of the lavish people living champagne lives and with the same view people making ends meet in council housing. You can see evidence of that at 4:53 secs when seeing the view and across the way is a tower block of flats!! But still, London has my ❤️! Love the videos!!!!! 🥰

Your totally right . The building use to house the homeless. Not sure why , the homeless kept on coming back . People sleeping on the street outside. Alcohol bottles every where . Pretty Grim outside. Big council at rear , I remember working in some of the apartments and looking out of the window and think dear god . You couid look into peoples council Apartments and think oh dear , people live like that . I work they for 4 month over a year ago . Still Apartments for sale . Cant say iam surprised

Amazing interior design but it will take a while to forget “The Knoll” and the size of its rooms.

A little dark inside but very nice - and great location. This was a hostel so they've made the place look rather grander than it was. Beyond the opera house itself, Cov Garden has only fairly recently (15-20 years) gone upmarket.

The chapter house you are showing on the map is in mayfair next to regents street

Although I love colour myself, I think that the warm neutral shades or the richer tones look more expensive, Convent Garden is A great location in London though.

Very well designed I personally Wouldn’t have dark kitchen cabinets I’m more simple white and the older style furniture I’m not a big fan personally. The sink design is stunning and I do love it how light and airy the apartment is. Love the balcony I would be entertaining out there all the time in the summer and what Wonderful views of London. I do love that they have put a utility in as that’s unusual in a apartment. Not a fan on the dark bathroom but the finish is top level. I’m not much of a green painted wall fan but I feel it goes well as a study/chill out room. I do love the sizes of the bedrooms especially as your in central London. Great jobs guys as always 👏👏👍🙏

Does make me wonder however a proper minted person would buy a place this small for such a high price.

Great video, but I think you might have used the wrong map. There’s more than one Chapter House in London. The map shows Regents Street and Soho. There is another Chapter House in Covent Garden.

Matt, Summer - can you please explain how random people don’t just walk into the lift and take it up to your apartment on 5th floor 😳⁉️ There’s no locks or front door or key that I could see? And it doesn’t look like a private lift either?

considering its in the centre of london, or at least very close, the price isnt even that high for what you get looks lovely

Yes I worked in the block of apartments for 4 months last year . The building between Covent garden and Holborn underground station. Parker street. I couidnt really forget the name of the street 🤣🤣🤣 Lots of good memories. For me , the lobby the best bit of the building for me . Fantastic

Well done, Matt & Summer, I'd move in there tomorrow ... finances allowing. There's nothing about this property I'd thumbs down. Even the kitchen size isn't off-putting. If you could afford this apartment then you'd easily afford to dine out whenever the mood takes you, and given this is Covent Garden there's plenty of choice for dining out. Green is my preferred colour, (most shades of it) the sofa is divine, and even the blue bedroom isn't a cold shade. The 'setting plaster' shade of the other bedroom is quirky but appealing. LOVE the terraces, great skyline views. Even given fire regulations state that lifts are not to be used in the event of a fire and bearing in mind stairs are an issue for me in terms of mobility, if I had the money then I'd snap up this gorgeous apartment. I'd keep a couple of burly men on retainer to carry me down the stairs in the event of having to evacuate, lol. This is a definite 10 out of 10, Matt & Summer. I think the asking price and service fees are very reasonable. Ho-hum, back to the Lottery.
