@@Propertygrams Maybe one small piece of constructive criticism. The beauty of English lies in its vast range of synonyms, particularly with adjectives. I noticed Tyler somewhat overuse the word "huge". This is a small detail, but to me, as an interpreter, who works with language all the time, this is something that can be easily coached and it helps the engagement and delivery greatly.

Funny you should say, we are working on finding the repeated words like "Huge" and try to reduce/remove them. Thanks for the feedback!

Great work guys. Love Van having grown up in Burnaby. I commend you for taking time to really cover the kitchen as it is the most important room in the house and all potential buyers care about storage, cooking & seating. (so many other home tour videos never focus enough time on the kitchen).

I’m not paying five million to have the laundry room in the bottom floor. Now I gotta climb three flights of stairs to put the clothes away. They’re never leaving that room 😂 laundry should have been on the third floor
