I still love the effects you guys use where Enes is on one balcony and then while you're leaving appear on the other, man that's kool. It keeps the tour seamlessly and smoothly moving. Nobody does house tours like you guys, you've taken it to another level. I always feel like I'm actually there with you guys while watching plus attention to detail is second to none. The house is magnificently done. They went the extra to add details that are amazing. see ya on da nxt 1 guys! ✌🏾

That is the best screening room setup I've seen on the channel. It makes it a multi purpose room, open for entertainment during a party. Its not just a closed off, movie theatre room. Very cool. House overall is sweet they did a great job on this one. And as always Enes doing the best job showing us all the features!

Enes is Mikey still part of your team. I hope so. You guys are the Batman and Robin of the luxury home experience.

Glad yoou're back...Any House that enters and reveals so much glass of the view out is a Feng Shue NO NO! One would think that most arch's would know that despite climate controlled wine spaces...UV LIGHT is a killer of fine wine. The kitchen is amazing but seems to not offer a single person an intimate space t make a midnight omelete. I like the pivoting doors as they give options for open/closed and can help direct air flow. Upper floor step to bath areas seems a mistake....elevators but the bedrooms are not barrier free!?! Does the Olive Tree base normally fill up and water cover the surface? The main level entertainment cinema seems under-seated and really would be more appropriate on the lower level...more enclosed, better sound...less light. Amazing details and finishes and nice to see they also hired a Landscape Architect...which should be credited more. Limit of a 4-car garage for this price point is a mistake.

Funny you say Miele. I have worked with Miele in a lab grade appliance and it was unreliable after two years had to turn it in for a basic dishwasher even though it was used as intended.

I hope Mikey is still working with you! I will be sad if not. Your Utah episodes are some of my favorites.

(Hence why asked for more clarity) For 3- The word "Outed" when used as a verb means - to identify (someone) publicly as being such secretly. Ever feel as if your achievements are a fluke or that you're one conversation away from being (outed) as a fraud I think the term you meant was "ousted" Ousted- To oust” does mean to remove from an office or position

Now, this is the kind of place I like to see on your channel. I'm not a fan of the backyard though. And I'm not sure about the size either. 17,661 sq. ft. is a lot of room for two people. If this home were on the beach in Malibu or La Jolla, it'd be perfect. I think it will go on the list though.

One of the reasons I love this channel is because of the Enes-Mikey collaboration they have when they tour a house, yacht or a shack for that matter. They have that "thing" that makes you take notice and want to watch. At least, that's my opinion. 😊
