Wonderful four levels Jumeirah mansion.I like the minimalist kitchen and the dining room. I like the bedrooms, walking closets and Carrera marble bathrooms. I like the paintings of the world and constellations in room 3. I like the office with the view of the fountain. I like the ceiling to floor windows, I like the motorcycle in the basement, I like the infinity pool and I like the air conditioning garage that I have never seen before.

this looks a cool property....increase the size by about 40% and its a billionaires mansion....a good buy for someone....who has just made his first billion....so thats the lifestyle on the first gear....for the new richies....now the space around these mansions has got to get bigger....giving it the look and feel of a compound and not just a mere millionaires first step on the ladder....sitting on a comfy chair is something but being able to stretch your arms in both directions is what makes it feel that extra good....its the feel....you've got to have that space....but by and large a good piece of work....i am impressed i dont know how....keep it up dubai....

The overhead extractor fan could be replaced by a built in that comes out of the cabinet. The wire hanging down is unsightly.
