Does the electrical wiring have accommodations for 110 voltage for those of us coming from the west and have electronics/appliances. The developer should really reconsider those metal bars in the home it gives it a feel of imprisonment less of a homely feel

We are in Ghana, if you have 110 voltage devices, then you will need a step-down. We have houses without the bars

"Smart" means surveillance and control. The Powers that Be are picking different countries for different levels of control, using psychology. So in England, we might be suspicious of "smart" because we have experienced the surveillance. But in Ghana, there is an urge to be "as good as". You do not need this technological weapons system.
